Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within their cave marked off with an electric fence with a 20 meter diameter. Constant surveillance must be obtained.
Description:
SCP-4582 is an ancient tribe which consists of a group of 30 (10 men and 20 women) tribal members originating from an isolated tribe within the rose city of Petra. This tribe is called Almutabiein Aljudud which in Arabic translates "the new followers" all 30 of these tribal members have rotting brown skin and muscle tissue. However after observation the tribe can still manage basic motor functions and they have a form of communication which consists of short and long clicks . The foundation managed to get information about this tribe from historical records dating back to the attacks from from the Romans and the Greeks in the 4th century bc; in these records it states that many tribes were killed in these attacks but a single tribe (aka the Almutabiein Aljudud tribe) closed themselves off with 30 survivors and remained there for hundreds of years. The members of this tribe were known to have exceedingly long lifespans which has been claimed to have correlation to spiritual practises that consist of animal or human sacrifices. All personnel under the clearance level 3 are strongly urged to stay away from this tribe due to the fact that their thousands of years of isolation from anyone other than their own will attack anyone and anything by severely mutilating the victim's head and once they have murdered the victim the tribe will take the body back to their territory which is a sandstone cave but it is not known what they do with the body the foundation has suspected that they preform their spiritual practise sacrificing the body so that the tribe can increase their lifespans. This SCP's containment area is closed off from the main tourist area of Petra to prevent any members of the public from interacting with SCP-XXXX. All animals are under close watch to prevent any of them crossing into SCP-XXXX's containment area.
Addendum XXXX-1: Incident XXXX-A
On xx/xx/2009 an incident took place which involved SCP-XXXX to where 6 of the tribe members broke out of their containment area and murdered 8 of the guards and 15 civilians. Their bodies were later found burned to the bare skeleton 4 miles from the containment area. Since the incident security has been increased from 20 guards to 30 guards to ensure that never happens again.

Attempts to interact with SCP-XXXX has been proven fatal after seven failed attempts where over 60 personnel were killed or wounded. However it is known whenever the tribe is in a hostile state because they seem to make louder clicks when being approached by personnel hence warning them to stay away. Unfortunately nothing else is known about their behaviours due to extreme risks to SCP-XXXX. Also all local wildlife are kept under close watch to prevent them from entering SCP-4582's containment area.
SCP-XXXX was discovered on xx/xx/2001 in Petra when there were reports of sightings of decaying humanoids all around the ancient city in the tourist areas. When the foundation caught information on this the tribe had already taken the lives of 20 people and 12 animals (mostly stray cats and dogs). The foundation were quick to respond by putting the surrounding area of Petra on lockdown to locate the tribe and close them off in their cave.
