Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5141 is to be contained 100 meters underground in a disclosed chamber at all times. Personnel of level 2 clearance or under is prohibited from entering SCP-5141's containment without clearance of level 3 or higher.
Description: Origin documentation has been lost during a containment breach at Site-██ where it was subsequently moved to Site-██. SCP-5141 is a standard Visa card with an infinite balance. SCP-5141 emits memetic hazards, convincing any subjects within a 100-meter radius, now represented as SCP-5141-A to purchase an item of large value. Within 2 to 3 days of purchase, SCP-5141-A Will feel an extreme sense of guilt, and will eventually succumb to emotional distress and commit suicide. Any subjects within SCP-5141's range of effect are to be given Class W-Z Mnestics before testing. Any subjects affected by SCP-5141's memetic hazards, are to be given class A amnestic and returned to original cell/post.
