Special Containment Procedures : SCP-??? is contained within a Secure Cell with reinforced metal walls. The cell is always under surveillance due to the fact that the SCP could possibly cause a containment breach. The SCP gets one meal per day that is composed of raw meat and is brought by a robot. Every human has to stay at least 200 meters away from the cell, due to the fact that SCP- can make dangerous portals to appear in its cell. Although SCP- did not attempt any containment breach, security cameras were placed in the 200 meters perimeter and 6 armed guards were positioned 250 meters away from the cell.

Description : SCP-??? is an entity that resembles a 1 meter, vertical standing, unknown type of mouth that has the ability float. It has no skin, the flesh being completely visible. Its flesh is bright red, although it has no blood or organs. It has 4 big fangs on each side and 2 rows of sharp teeth on each side. Its bite force is extremely powerful, biting with up to 50.000 kgf/cm². It is known that SCP- has two other forms apart from this one. One form, SCP- A, is a grey cone snail shell that can float and pierce a vast number of materials ( the most resistant material that was tested being the most resistant type of steel ). It is unknown if it can pierce its cell because it has never attempted, but security measures were taken, because it pierced with ease every material that was tested. The other form, SCP- B is a red, tall (2.3 meters) humanoid with a smaller ( 50 cm ), horizontal standing mouth instead of head. While in this form, SCP- can still bite with 50.000 kgf/cm². This form also has extremely sharp claws.

In all of its forms it showed to possess high speed and regenerative properties. SCP- s highest speed was recorded while it was in its A form ( 98 km/h ), the other two forms being equal in terms of speed ( 56 km/h ). Although SCP- has no eyes, it can locate everything that is near it. The way it does it is currently unknown. It has shown no signs of superior intelligence, acting mostly instinctively. Also, it produced no kind of sound ( biologicaly ) since it was brought to the Foundation, being unknown if it can even produce sounds.

SCP- can make portals to manifest at its will, but it never enters them. It does not even seem to recognize the portals, completely ignoring them. Through the portals always comes out SCP- -1. SCP- -1 is a shapeless and colourless organism, with 3 meters in height, 10 tentacles and 1 big eye, that can fly or walk trough everything that is in its path. The creature always exits the cell and beginns wandering the coridors that are close to the portal. It never wanders more than 200 meters away from the portal. The reason for this behavior is unknown.

No weapon was found to have efect on it ( See Addendum -1 ) and it always grabs the first human it sees, completely ignoring anything else, then swallows him whole and after that it goes back to the portal, that closes itself after SCP- -1 has entered it ( the human inside it does not stop it from passing trough solid walls ). Also, no interaction was seen between SCP- and SCP- -1, both seeming unaware of each others presence ( See Addendum -2 ). Although SCP- is docile, unlike SCP- -1, the Foundation is cautios because also SCP- could be a huge treat.

Addendum -1: When SCP- -1 first came out from a portal, the security forces tried to stop it using almost every not-in-mass destructive weapon. Unfortunately, the weapons had no efect on it and SCP- -1 continued to approach the guards. When between it and the guard G-1445 were just 5 meters, SCP- -1 lashed one tentacle, grabbed him and swallowed him. After that it went back to the portal and dissapeard. G-1445 was never seen again. Any further approach on SCP- -1 was since forbidden.

Addendum -2 : Observation Log

SCP- -1 never turns its eye to SCP- , giving no signs of detecting it. Also, SCP- just wanders randomly like it always does, doing nothing out of the ordinary. The possibility of the creatures being invisible to each other is almost certain.
