Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4296 is to be contained in a 10m by 10m by 10m containment chamber in Site-(expunged). Only one level 3 personal is to be present at all times when testing SCP-4296.

Description: SCP-4296 is a model town complete with a moving train on the edge of the town. Upon further examination there are modern day objects, such as a Nerf gun, a X-Box, a laptop, and cars with insides (including seats, dash, a steering wheel, and an engine). When an object or a living complex organism come in contact with SCP-4296 nothing initially happens. When time passes bye nothing happens with objects, but with living organisms their movements become more chopy and less fluid over time. When 30 minutes pass any living organism in the chamber can barely move any of their muscles and will have the appearance of plastic, objects will also have a smooth plastic appearance to. When any of the objects or living organisms that come in contact with SCP-4296 for 30 minutes are taken out they start to turn back to normal. The chemical structure of the objects and living organisms that have been in the containment chamber for 30 minutes have the same chemical build up as plastic. For some reason SCP-4296 will not and can not do this action to fixed objects or buildings which is probably why the town of (expunged) was still there and not part of SCP-4296. Also SCP-4296 is not to come into contact with any other SCPs because the process will happen to them as well. Once 31 minutes has passed any objects or living organisms that are in the chamber stop moving, then the lights in the chamber flicker and then they turn off for 5 seconds and turn back on. The containment chamber is empty of any traces or chemicals of the living organisms or objects once inside. In further examination of SCP-4296 will have that living organism or object somewhere on it and if a human was taken they will have their exact clothing on.

Addendum 4296-01: SCP-4296 was found at a house in (expunged). The entire town was abandoned when Mr.(expunged) arrived. He was looking for a gas station when he saw the town on google maps. He noticed that every door was unlocked in a neighborhood he was driving down. He went inside one of the houses and found no furniture or evan animals. Then he found the model and took it with him. He noticed that his mobility was becoming stiff. Then he contacted a hospital about what happened. Officer (expunged) and his team retrieved SCP-4296 from Mr.(expunged) and then they proceed to give him medical attention. After 30 minutes he was back to normal and continued to look for gas the next town over. The creator of the model couldn't be recovered due to the nature of SCP-4296 and due to the many people caught into SCP-4296. The date of creation was also unable to be dated also due to SCP-4296’s nature.
