Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be kept within a 5 m x 5 m airtight steel chamber with a reinforced steel door locked with approximately 8 titanium locks. After the incident involving XXXX and Dr. █████, no personnel below level 5 may interact with SCP-XXXX or any of its instances ever since XXXX-B (see below).
Description: SCP-XXXX is a parasite similar in appearance to a common tapeworm, and is roughly 3 meters in length, but also possess 12 spider-like legs. Upon contact with a subject, XXXX will pounce onto said subject and latch onto them. If not removed it will dissolve into the flesh of the subject. If removed, XXXX will die near instantaneously and turn into a substance similar to talcum powder in structure. Subjects bitten by XXXX will experience symptoms near instantly, such as bodily hair falling out and the feeling of something painful in the eyes. However, subjects change over a period of 10-12 months. This change begins with a subject tearing out their own eyes due to intense pain, where teeth will begin to grow. On closer examination, all organic material on the subject will dissolve and turn into human teeth, starting with organs and soft tissues. It is unknown how the mass of teeth, now known as SCP-XXXX-1, can hold itself together, but it is theorized that it is held together by a larger instance of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 is seemingly docile until there is a mention of teeth or any XXXX’s upon interaction. Any contact with XXXX-1, aggressive or otherwise, will also result in the subject turning into one of them. Introducing SCP-XXXX-1 to any type of dental product will result in contamination of said product, creating SCP-XXXX-2.
