"The Last Hero" could withstand strikes from Frisk, prevented SCP-682 from regenerating and nearly terminating it if he didn't look at his phone, dodged SCP-173, and had special forces training in multiple countries. And "The Stereotype" is just a lesser "The Last Hero" that slowly regenerates, can blast plasma, and if speculation is correct, he can work hard farm labor for 2 hours straight without stopping for even a drink of water.
