Prologue -> THIS DOCUMENT IS CLASSIFIED LEVEL 4 AND HIGHER AS AUTHORIZED BY THE O5 COUNCIL AND THE UNITED STATES SENATE, PRESIDENT LYNDON B. JOHNSON, AND THE UNITED STATES CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY ANOMALOUS INTELLIGENCE DIVISION AFFECTIVE JANUARY 2ND 1970. - May 24th, 1963, Duga, Soviet Union. A high ranking Soviet KGB officer and several scientist walk into a small empty room, with no windows and white walls. In the center of the room is a wooden desk with a small rusty bell sitting on it. The soviet officer barks orders in Russian to the scientists. "начать эксперимент!", two of the scientists take their places on each side of the table, the third scientist sits down on a chair at the table. The officer remains standing above the sitting scientist. The officer tells the scientist to ring the bell, "звенит звонок. сделай это." The scientist picks up the bell and rings it. Suddenly out of the corner of everyone in the rooms eye a well dressed man in a suit appears in the room without warning. But the men are not startled, this is what they were expecting. The scientist who rang the bell begins to speak in English. "Hello Mr. Deeds. Please have a seat." The man sits down in the chair across from the scientist. The well dressed man replies saying, "Hello gentlemen, how may I be of assistance?" The scientist replies. "I'm going to give this strait to you. On November 22nd, President Kennedy of the US will be doing a tour in Dallas Texas. I would like you to kill him on that day, leave no evidence, put the bullet right through his head. You may choose any method." The well dressed man looks at the scientist and says, "Understood. May I leave now, when Mr. Kennedy is dead I shall return to you and inform you of his death." The soviet officer speaks up and says "Thank you, you may go now." The men do not look as the man walks out of the corners of their eyes. The officer smirks. "Well men we have done it.", "We shall expect the news on November to come. You are all dismissed" But before the men can leave an alarm sounds. The loudspeaker screams in Russian, "The facility is under attack, I repeat the facility is under attack by unknown forces, lockdown now all armed personnel to their combat stations now!" There is no time to think. The Americans have found out. ---> May 26th, 1963, Washington D.C. President Kennedy's secretary of defense Robert Mc Namara walks into the room with a uneasy look on his face. "Mr. President, the operation was a success, the SEALS were successful in raiding the GRU Division P compound and gathering extremely valuable intelligence on soviet paranormal activity. I'll give you a full briefing on the intel gathered in a few hours","Well thank God, imagine what would've happened if they failed. I'd like you to tell those SEALs personally from me my highest congratulations." Kennedy responded. Mc Namara paused for a moment about to speak as Kennedy butted in, "Whats the matter why you got that look on your face?", the secretary responded solemnly, "Sir, after intense evaluation, we've discovered that soviets have rigged some sort of paranormal hitman who will being killing you in your tour through Dallas this November." Kennedy looked him strait in the eye and said. "Is there any way this can be stopped." Kennedy asked, "No sir." the secretary responded. Kennedy took a deep pause. "Get the secret service and the CIA on the line. We need a cover up when this happens. I want to prepare Johnson to become president as well." ---> November 22nd, 1963, Dallas Texas. Kennedy took a deep breath. He knew his time had come, he hadn't told his family about what would happened. He knew his wife and kids just wouldn't be able to take it. The caravan was taking a turn up to a large building in front of a park, this was it. BANG -——> Epilogue - November 23rd, 1963, Washington D.C. "President Johnson, we've communicated with the foundation and relayed us more information on the anomaly that killed Kennedy. It's designated SCP-662, also know as the butler. I don't know how the fuck the Russians found it but it's a man that appears when you ring a bell and will apparently do literally anything for the person who rang the bell." the CIA agent informing Johnson paused and continued. "Anyway sir, we've created a cover story with the foundation and the FBI. The assassin's cover name will be Lee Harvey Oswald. He is supposed to be a mentally ill, former army sniper with insanely good marksmanship. Anyways the fake Oswald being put on 'trial' is just an expendable the foundation sent us." Johnson replied. "Alright I guess that will wrap things up. Your'e dismissed."

-Following close examination of film of the assassination by civilians observers discovered men in black suits who did not run when Kennedy was shot. These were foundation and CIA agents, the public has been convinced however that these men were possible second "gunmen" working with "Oswald" in the assassination through misinformation campaigns.
