The following report is the investigation of the death of Dr. Vadislav Sidorov and the containment of SCP-9391 and other files regarding SCP-9391 and Dr. Vadislav Sidorov.

Dr. Sidorov was researching SCP-9391 at the time of death, at 1900 hours Dr. Sidorov was alone in SCP-9391 Containment Zone in Site-1 Sector-04, when SCP-9391 suddenly had an outburst. SCP-9391 escaped his containment area with in 12 minutes, putting Site-01 in full lock down. It is believed SCP-9391 had help escaping his Containment area, the suspects are Dr. Sidorov, Dr. N and ████ ███. Dr. N location and information are all gone but he is listed on 3 different files under Main Researchers, the files include; Echeke Files, ███████-█ and Brain cells. All of these files also had another name written under Main Researchers which happens to be Dr. Sidorov, it is believed that Dr. N and Dr. Sidorov know or did know each other at some point. If Dr. N or Dr. Sidorov did help SCP-9391 to escape then they will both be held with murder and the assisting of the escape of a dangerous entity.

THIS IS STILL AN ACTIVE INVESTIGATION AND ALL EVIDENCE FOUND WILL BE WRITTEN DOWN 3 DAYS AFTER THE LEAD INVESTIGATOR APPROVES THE EVIDENCE
THIS INCIDENT REPORT IS NO LONGER UNDER THE INVESTIGATION OF ANY PERSONAL AND ANY TALK OF DR. SIDOROV OR DR. N WILL RESULT IN QUESTIONING AND A PERMANENT BAN OF THE SITE FOR 3 WEEKS, ANY ONE WHO TRYS TO CONTINUE THE INVESTIGATION WILL BE EXECUTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
