Hello Class 3 Personnel,
there is a lot to say regarding SCP-7890-B1 ”Accident” with Class 4 Personnel Dr. ████ ████

The O5-Council has taken note to the known incident with Class 4 Personnel Dr. ████ ████,
It is instructed to not enter Unit 4-B of the facility SCP-7890-B1 is being held in. Please note that the following report is required for future reference if this occurrence just so happens to manifest again.

SCP-7890-B1 was spilled while in the recycling process, Dr. ████ ████ was using a clamp for the use of moving SCP-7880-B in a military grade bottle. In the process of the moving, a simple miss step dropped SCP-7890-B1 over the chest region. It was presumably leaked inside the suit Dr. ████ ████ and infected him, Dr. ████ ████ is now in the medical wing getting treatment while being quarantined at the moment.

The ailments he suffered consists of Cancer, Heart Disease, Respiratory Disease, and Acute Radiation Syndrome, it is now known that the chemicals that consist in SCP-7890-B1 is now confirmed to be hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, chromic acid and hydrofluoric acid as well as identified remnants of known Airborne Diseases confirmed as Anthrax, Aspergillosis, and Blastomycosis.
Dr. ████ ████ entire chest has corrosive chemicals, seeping in his lungs. He is being treated with IPV Devices, OHFO Devices, and PEP Therapy, with a 20 minute interview as well as frequent diagnostic checking for testing purposes.

If Dr. ████ ████ does succumb to the injuries and the diseases he has been exposed to, a replacement SCP Foundation Class 4 Personnel that is suited for examining Video Footage of the piece of evidence representing SCP-7890-B.
