What the hell happened…
We were outside of the courthouse. Me and the boys were ordered to transport SCP-XXXX to another site for another interview. As soon as we arrived, Gjallarhorn and I looked out and found everything on fire. There are firetrucks surrounding the site, trying their best to put out the fire. I then spotted a man run out of the building, he was on fire and slowly burned to death. We couldn't do anything. Everybody in there is dead and we have to stay and await orders from command.
Site-875 has been destroyed…
It's morning. The firefighters, civilians, everybody have already left. The other mobile task force teams have been dispatched to investigate the area. We too got out of our trucks. It's still smokey there is nothing left of the courthouse. Just rubble, broken glass, and burnt wood. Did the Shinigami do this? No, everybody knows the Shinigami only targets criminals, and there's no way he started a fire. The Shinigami is nowhere to be seen, I head over to what I believe is where the Shinigami's room use to be.
We started moving away the rocks to find him, all I found were a couple of burnt corpses. It felt disgusting, this is the first time I have to carry a dead body. My uniform is covered in blood and ashes
We contacted the Foundation
Nowhere to live, nowhere heal or hide. It's possible the Shinigami has died out after being exposed to sunlight.
The video feed shows four soldiers, each of them carrying spotlights and placed them in the corners of the room. We fast forward the video until we see the floating scythe making its entrance. It was just sitting there for three minutes and all of a sudden everything became purple. They used UV rays, they knew it's afraid of sunlight so they used UV rays to weaken him. A soldier walked into the courtroom and pulled out his walkie-talkie.
Soldier: Target is immobilized.
Radio: [Statics]
Soldier: Understood.
The Soldier walked towards the Shinigami.
Soldier: Any last words?
SCP-XXXX: …Bas…tard…
The soldier walked out of the courtroom. The Shinigami stood in place until the video cuts off. The time of the explosion is 3:12 AM.
we had no choice but to reclassify the SCP.

Emergency
A Soldier came running at the front of the gate. He has a blue star. It's GOC. The Shinigami appeared out of nowhere and killed that man.
"If the GOC were responsible for a termination attempt, then why blow up the fucking courthouse?"
"Two guesses, they either think the courthouse os part of the anomaly or they knew if they blow up the courthouse, the Shinigami had nowhere to hide and heal."
Neutralize
Everybody at bootcamp is dead.
One guy was sliced in half, next that second guy was stabbed by the spike and thrown in mid air. Lastly the third guy trying to escape was decapitated. As the Shinigami disappeared, the head from the third guy, and the second guy who was flung in mid air perfectly sync as they hit the ground.
Regret
Agent Mjolnir pushed the GOC and was sliced. The Shinigami finally calmed down.
