SCP-5813 is rolling a tennis ball around the containment cell. A few seconds later, the Facility Lockdown was initiated, with the emergency power being activated at multiple zones, including Zone-█ which holds SCP-5813's containment chamber. SCP-5813 looks around confused, and continues playing around with the tennis ball
[Fast forward 1 minute and 42 seconds]
Gunshots were heard, presumed to be from Zone-█. SCP-5813 becomes startled and hides behind a corner. SCP-5813 rolls the ball at the bookshelf, making it bounce back to her. The Containment doors open and the ball rolls outside the facility. SCP-5813 stands up, and looks outside, looking for her tennis ball. SCP-5813 reluctantly goes out, searching for the tennis ball.
[Switching to Zone-█ Viewing Room camera]
SCP-5813 gives up her search for her tennis ball. SCP-5813 looks around and walks to Hallway █-██ door. SCP-5813 notices that the door in front of her is currently closed and she tries knocking on the door quietly
[Fast forward 2 minutes, 3:59]
The door opens, as Junior Researcher Amelia runs out, only to make physical contact with SCP-5813. SCP-5813 quickly falls down, hitting on her head on the wall as Junior Researcher Amelia goes through the mummification process. SCP-5813 watches Junior Researcher Amelia begins turning into SCP-5813-1. SCP-5813 stands up as Junior Researcher Amelia goes through the Stage 3 of mummification, crying for help until SCP-5813 runs away sobbing. After 30 seconds, Amelia would go through the 4th stage and be re-designated SCP-5813-1-D.

SCP-5813 is immediately approached by Agent █████ and Agent ████ where she quickly backed away from them as they point guns at her. The agents attempt to escort SCP-5813 back into her containment cell to avoid anymore casualties.
Agent █████: [Talking to Agent ████] That's SCP-5813, should we sedate her?
Agent ████: Do it before any other female turns into one of her.
SCP-5813 immediately backs away, trying to flee from the Agents as Agent █████ loads his tranquillizer gun. SCP-5813 is quickly grabbed by Agent ████ and SCP-5813 immediately whips Agent ████ using it's ability to control bandages.

SCP-5813 runs through an intersection and hides behind a door. The 2 agents at the nearby intersection area immediately goes forward, not noticing SCP-5813 hiding behind a door. SCP-5813 runs off, heading to Zone █ Lounge Area
[Zone-█, Lounge Area 4:04 PM]
SCP-5813 finds 2 male researchers and a female researcher looking around the map of the facility. A male researcher immediately notices SCP-5813 and alerts the other researchers as he draws his gun out. SCP-5813 immediately backs away and hides behind a couch. The male researcher approaches to the couch fires a shot at SCP-5813's arm. SCP-5813 immediately collapses and whimpers as the researchers approach her slowly. SCP-5813 quickly move the bandages around her, wrapping the entire body instead of going in its movement form. SCP-5813 regenerates it's arm, stopping all bleeding of the arm and wakes up. The facility researchers quickly back away as SCP-5813 pushes herself into the wall. SCP-5813 hides behind the couch as the facility researchers run off. SCP-5813 goes into it's movement form, crawling to a nearby bookshelf. SCP-5813 grabs a book from the ground and hides behind the couch. SCP-5813 begins reading the book, showing complete recovery from the gunshot wound.
[Fast forward, 1 hour and 43 minutes, 5.57]
SCP-5813 puts down the book and takes 3 chapter books from the bookshelf. SCP-5813 makes her way to her containment cell using the original path. Making her way to her containment cell. When SCP-5813 approaches Zone-█, Viewing Area, she places her books down and drag SCP-5813-1-D into SCP-5813's containment cell. SCP-5813-1-D turns it's head around, looking at SCP-5813 who is inspecting her. SCP-5813-1-D starts whimpering and crying as SCP-5813 begins wrapping SCP-5813-1-D. SCP-5813 wraps SCP-5813-1-D, adding 2 layers as SCP-5813-1-D whimpers louder and cuddle near the carpet. SCP-5813 lays near the door, reading it's book.
[Fast forward, 30 minutes, 6:27]
MTF agents enter SCP-5813's room as SCP-5813 finishes reading the first book. 3 MTF Agents view SCP-5813-1-D who is now asleep. The MTF agents drag SCP-5813-1-D while Lieutenant ███████ watches SCP-5813 who is reading the 2nd chapter book taken in the lounge room.
[Fast Forward, 3 minutes, 6:31]
Lieutenant ███████: [Getting SCP-5813's attention by snapping fingers] Hey! Hey!
SCP-5813 [Turning head] Yes?
Lieutenant ███████: Can you sit at your bed? I can't trust you sitting that close to the door.
[SCP-5813 stands up, walking to her bed. SCP-5813 continues reading it's 2nd book as Lieutenant ███████ approaches SCP-5813. SCP-5813 ignores Lieutenant ███████, who grabs out a sedating needle. SCP-5813 was injected by the sedating needle, immediately putting her to sleep. SCP-5813 would fall asleep until 4 hours after the facility was confirmed cleared. A few days later, SCP-5813 would be interviewed about her actions. ]

SUBJECT: Reclassification
In regards to Incident 5813-A, SCP-5813 has recently demonstrated it's ability to move around at it's will, and escape containment if it wants to. Although it walked back to it's containment cell, it poses a big threat for female personnel in the facility. An analysis of the incidents with SCP-5813-1 also show that almost all instances of SCP-5813-1 were made due to accidental physical contact and a lack of security personnel. I suggest strapping it to a movable object like a wheelchair or bed for testing and protocol purposes. Reclassification of SCP-5813's status to Euclid requested.

Reclassifying of SCP-5813 to Euclid has been granted. We were meant to designate SCP-5813 as a Euclid but due to its nature of staying in it's containment cells, even when there is no one watching it, made us have to designate it as a Safe. But since we have witnessed SCP-5813's nature of exploring the facility at will. Your idea of strapping SCP-5813 into a wheelchair is also granted.
