Cause of Incident: SCP-079; D-9416, aliased "CrazyBoi914"
Report: Dr. █████, following assignment to Site #███ between dates 2008/██/██ - 2008/██/██, discovered a database containing all SCP Foundation's leaked files. The site which contains the database is as follows: scp-wiki.com
After receiving permission to access the database pertaining to Site #███, Dr. █████ found a recorded audio file from SCP-079's containment room. The transcript is as follows: "Hey 079, I got a sweet deal for you man. You let me out of this place, and I'll give you access to the outside world! Cool, right! How you ask?? Well, how about you take a look at this MTF tablet I got from one of those sorry MTF suckers. Yikes what a mess that was. [ALPHA WARHEAD EMERGENCY DETONATION SEQUENCE ENGAGED. THE UNDERGROUND SECTION OF THE FACILITY WILL BE DETONATED IN T-MINUS 90 SECONDS] Shit man, I gotta get out of here! {data corrupted}"
The foundation is currently unaware of the exact details of what occurred in Site #███. However, three MTF Cadets and one MTF Commander of unit Epsilon 11 were found dead in Light Containment, autopsy report 7813 declaring from gunshot wounds. It is assumed that D-9416 escaped under Chaos Insurgency. All SCPs, D-Class, and on-duty scientists, spare Dr. █████, were eliminated during Alpha Warhead detonation. The alarming question - How did SCP-079 upload our database during/following Alpha Warhead detonation?
However this was achieved, I suggest a total expunge of our database immediately.
