Special Containment Procedures:
All through out the perimiter of SCP-[redacted] is to be closed off with metal grids and at every 100 meter a 10 meters high outpost is to be created for surveillance of the perimiter, the outposts need to have a second tower inside SCP-[redacted]'s perimiter.
If any intances of a unindetified creature are to appear, site-[redacted] imediatly contacted through the emergency line and task force form the near 3 outposts are to gather in the closest outpost tower to the creature, course of action are to be directed from a level 4 researcher in site-[redacted], if orders dont come in time lethal force is to be engaged. In the case of a security breach and faliure in terminating of any creature, the site of containment is to considered in state of emergency and direct order from the 05-council.
Entereing any establishment with a unknown name or writinig on its plaque, is strictly prohibited
The usage of SCP-[redactded] to contain other scp's is currently under 05 approval

Description:
SCP-[redacted] Is a 1km by 1 km village-like city located between Peribe and São Paulo in Brazil. From a out side perspective, the village is made from 2100 city blocks that are 20 meters by 20 meters, and 80 5 meters wide roads with no connection to any other road outside of SCP-[redacted], the city blocks and the roads make a grid pattern all throughout SCP-[redacted]
No living creature has been observed inside SCP-[redacted] perimiter before entering its perimiter
Each city block contains 12 establishments, 4 on each side and sharing the ones in the corners. Each establishment is 4 meters tall and 5 wide, images from aircrafts show that all of them merge together. There is no space between any of them, but the slight difference in color to each one, varying from a dark brown to a light gray, this is what made possible to identify that they are different establishments. Each one has a wodden door in the middle but the wood type and design varies to each one.
The roads are made of dirt and but dont seem to have ever been use to by cars
No matter from where you are vewing SCP-[redacted] in the right side of the roads, street lamps appear every 10 meters. They only light up during the night and emmit a orange glow, although field research has discoverd that there are no eletric wires conected to the lamps.
No other anomalous properties can be seen from a outside perspective.
Upon entering SCP-[redacted]'s perimiter certain temporal an spacial anomalies will start to happen. First the horizon will seem to dissapear and the city repeat itself forever, the colors on the establishments will change to bright and dark colors. The sun will apear at noon for 12 hours, after that the moon will be at noon fo another 12 hours, the cycle will repeats itself indefinitely.
Above each door in each establishment a plaque will appear with sometthing different written on them. Words written seem to be them names of different stores all acros human history, from ancient egypt from a time that has not happened yet. Entering the establishment with the plaques above the door will transport whoever entered to the current location of the store, If the store no longer exists the pearson that crosses the door will be sent back in time to be inside the first instance of said store.
As discorvered in incident-[redacted]-1-1 everything that composes SCP-[redacted] seems to be resistant, to a certain extent, to reality warping
When inside a store, it is possible to observe the ouside world through windows and the open door, but trying to exit through the door will exit you out from the same door you entered, some goes for trying to exit trhough windows. Interaction with anything in any of the stores from any other time will have occured on the time where he store itself was.
After addendum-[redacted]-3 and addendum-[redacted]-4 it has been discovered that many different creatures live inside SCP-[redacted] and the stores present throughout scp-[redacted] are not specific from earth or even our dimension
In addendum-[redacted]-4 it was discovered that inside of the stores that display a unknown name on its plaque Hume levels can vary, entering any store with a different hume level the effects will be felt by anyone inside but upon opening the door, the diferrent hume levels inside and outside will not interact with each other and stay as if nothing had happened. Foundation personnel still are trying to discover how SCP-[redacted] is able to do such things.
Although we have been able to bring objects from inside SCP-[redacted] to outside, it is still unknown how the many entities inside of SCP-[redacted] get close the set perimiters and exit SCP-[redacted] during security breaches
Addendum:
Addendum-[redacted]-1
A d-class, 2 guards and a level 2 researcher were tasked to enter one of SCP-[redacted]'s stores.
The team procceded to the third store on the closest city block
In the plaque above the door the words "papa's pizzaria" were written in modern italian
The d-class was instructed to open the door and enter the establishment, upon opening the door
