SCP-3153 breached on [REDACTED] from a class D breach, site-[REDACTED] went on a full lock down. Security teams killed all the class D but one (1) managed to reach SCP-3153 containment chamber and look at herself in the mirror, causing SCP-3153-1 to appear and take her form and start to kill her. When the security team found her they knew it was to late and began checking all ID's. SCP-3153-1 switched targets as it took the form as a lever 3 personal as it can switch if someone looks directly at it the lock down was turned off by something or someone after and MTF reported that researcher [REDACTED] left the facility. Researcher [REDACTED] body was found inside a storage room dead with a slit throat. Mobile Task Force (MTF) [REDACTED] went looking for SCP-3153-1, but its believed that SCP=3153-1 took a form of a ant which lead to SCP-3153-1 to also become the queen and produce eggs which lead to led to other forms of SCP-3153 which would lead it to be very catastrophic if it got worse. Once Mobile Task Force located SCP-3153-1 they were shocked to see hundreds of creatures around them from humans to animals and even SCP-[REDACTED] SCP-3153-1 was eventually terminated after a Mobile Task Force helicopter was called in and shot down most of the reproduction of SCP-3153-1 and one the original SCP-3153-1 was terminated all the rest seemed to die of with it. This lead to the theory of whoever killed the original SCP-3153-1 all the others would die to. Security has now been upgraded on site-[REDACTED] and security teams must switch every two (2) hours to guard SCP-3153 containment chamber.
