When I was first assigned to The Team For The Containment of World-Ending SCP we worked in close proximity with members of the O5 Council, one of them told me this:

If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and nothing bad will happen, then it's probably Safe.
If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and you're not entirely sure what will happen, then it's probably Euclid.
If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and it easily escapes, then it's probably Keter.
If it is the box, then it's probably Thaumiel.
This is how the foundation operates, without it there would be chaos.

I think that this does not apply to SCP-XXXX and that our only hope is to pray to what every entity is above us, pray that it does not destroy reality as we know it. There are no containment procedures, we probably will never contain it. For how can we even start to comprehend infinity.

Description:
No matter what our efforts we can't adequately describe SCP-XXXX, how can one describe a being that transcends all reality, an entity that is the one constant in the multiverse. We can only tell you how we found it, how it found us, and the interactions personnel have had with possibly the most powerful being in creation.

+ Log 1: Site-100

The entity was first spotted by the foundation when a D-Class being used for Procedure 450-Cairo pointed out a pitch-black humanoid entity walking towards Site-100, where SCP-2845 is being held.
The following is the report of the incident by the site manager.

As the entity walked towards the outermost wall of the site glowing steps materialized out of nothing, the entity preceded to walk up to the top of the site's roof, the top of the building retracted backward in a fractalizing pattern, a platform of light materializes out of thin air and SCP-XXXX steps onto it.
The platform descends into the enclosure of SCP-2845, they lose sight of the entity.
The entity walks through the outer wall of the site, the wall retracting in a fractalizing pattern.
Once ten-feet away from the outer wall the entity spontaneously vanished, all walls closed back up and the platform and stairs vanished with him.

+ Log 2: Site-0

The entity was sighted 10 minutes later at Site-0.
The following is the report of the incident by the site manager.

The entity approached the Gate Guardian, the Guardian raised his sword in an attempt to obliterate the entity. The entity raised one hand and the Gate Guardian froze, the flames of his body stopped flickering, and the glow of its body slowly turn a hue of blue.
A mental scream was heard by some of the researchers on Site-0 at the time, they all heard one world: Infinity.
Many of the researcher's afterword’s said that it felt like it was implied to be a name.
The entity walked past the 1k mark unimpeded, it proceeded to move up towards the Gate Guardian, it materialized a glowing notebook out of thin air. The light from the notebook was observed to refract towards the entity, the white light of the object splitting into the full spectrum and then being absorbed into the darkness of the creature.
The figure used its figures to scribe symbols into the note pad in what appeared to be black ink, but this was probably not ink but the lack of light on the bright surface of the notebook.
The symbols he scribed into the notebook are as follows:

The entity vanished from Site-0 after 2 minutes had passed.

The reason so much data has been expunged from the log is that it was discovered to be an incredibly dangerous cognitohazard, after looking at rewritten versions of SCP-XXXX writing, written by someone other than themselves, an individual will cease to understand all written language until they rewrite the text them self.

After rewriting the text themselves they will regain the ability to read and write, but until someone else has seen their version of the text they will be blind.

Once someone else has seen the text they copied out all effects will cease.

It was at this point that I was first informed about SCP-XXXX.

We have received 2 site logs now that elude to a reality-bending SCP, which is yet to come into foundation custardy.
We have also learned that it might pose an innate cognitohazard, which the foundation's experts on Cognito and Info Hazardous Infomation have already managed to counteract the effects of the cognitohazard in question.
We would like to call on you and your team to help us contain this deific-entity.
