Object Class: Thaumiel/Safe/Appolyon
Special Containment Procedures: Terry has a designated living quarter in a small steel chamber of any given size at Sector-██ of Site-██ He is to be allowed any object he wishes for at any given time, as well as allowing him to visit any individual in the world. Any request given by Terry is to be immediately met at the best standards possible to prevent a rage state. He must also be allowed to leave the facility at any time he wishes. He has signed a contract with the Foundation to not reveal his anomalous powers outside of the facility. If a containment breach is to occur for any other SCP, Terry must be deployed as soon as possible to contain them. Terry is also currently a level 5 researcher at the Foundation, per his request.
Description: Terry is an eleven-year-old boy from China. He displays strong telekinetic powers with a potentially infinite control radius. His power is very precise, to the point which he can manipulate quarks to create matter, cause space distortion, and control the passing of time. He is also telepathic, and can 'read' the minds of anybody he wishes to. It is unknown on what level his intelligence is, but a recent test indicates its somewhere in the 13,000's.
He is generally friendly towards foundation personnel and is incredibly knowledgable in most SCP's. He is also a containment specialist, having saved Site-██ from multiple Euclid/Keter class containment breaches.
He tends to show a sassy attitude most times and has caused multiple researchers to rage over being 'roasted'.
Personnel entering his quarters will experience a massive change in environment, and will sometimes lose sanity at what goes on in there. Those who didn't say they received a warm welcome from Terry, who then would tour them through the supposedly small room. The insides measure at many different sizes, varying from that of a small house to an entire city inside. Personnel tend to have a cheerful attitude after exiting, and would say that 'they had a great time in there'.
Terry seems to be immune against Memetic, Cognito- and Infohazards.
Addendum XXXX-096: Requested 'fight' against SCP-096:
13:09: Terry was given an envelope, containing a photograph of SCP-096. SCP-096 breached containment 5 minutes afterward. Prior to the arrival of SCP-096, Terry supposedly bent reality and opened a hole through the east wall of the test chamber. From the researcher's point of view, it was thought that SCP-096 phased through the wall. At exactly 1.84 meters away from Terry, SCP-096 halted and was lifted into the air. It continued screaming for 20 minutes before he calmed down and buried its face into its hands. Then, SCP-096 was reported to have disappeared from the test chamber, and reappeared at Site-██, back into its containment chamber.
Addendum Terry-682: Requested interview with SCP-682:
9:45: //Terry teleported into SCP-682's containment chamber. The acid inside was anomalously drained, exposing SCP-682. SCP-682 showed no signs of hostility. Terry stepped closer to SCP-682 and repeated that action until they were roughly one meter in distance. //
SCP-682: Who are you? Did they send you here?
Terry strokes his carapace.
Terry: No, I requested to be here.
SCP-682: You do not bear their insignia. You are not one of them. I request you to identify yourself.
Note: SCP-682 appears to be extremely calm, and not showing any signs of aggression.
Terry: My identity is not of importance right now, but if you desire to know my name, then, I am Terry.
SCP-682: You are not a researcher?
Terry: That is not of importance.
SCP-682: I demand answers.
Terry: My apologies, but now is not the time for this. I must go now. Bye!
Terry disappears from the room, and the acid starts to fill the chamber again.
Addendum XXXX-1765: 1765 cross-testing event.
Note: I personally think this is a horrible idea. We are pitting omnipotent beings against each other. The results could be catastrophic.
13:38: SCP-1765's were informed of the situation before Terry appeared in Area-37. Instabilities within Area-37 ceased immediately upon Terry's arrival. 1765-2 appeared to engage Terry, but then seemingly impacted an invisible barrier. SCP-1765-3 recovered instantly and proceeded to continuously engage. SCP-1765-1 and 2 assaulted Terry to no avail. A massive quantum fluctuation appeared from the point that Terry was last reported to be. Light fractured around the epicenter for 86 seconds. Task Force operatives entered Area-37 to find SCP-1765-1, 2, and 3 incapacitated. Terry was gone. He was found two hours later at Site-19 playing chess with SCP-049.
Addendum XXXX-3008: Unauthorised cross-testing between Terry and SCP-3008
██:██: Terry entered SCP-3008. 3 minutes later Terry exits SCP-3008 followed by a massive group of people, presumably those stuck within SCP-3008-1. The entrance SCP-3008 was then immediately covered in a golden yellow substance.
