Inmate 4

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be stored in a sealed room no smaller than 5 m X 5m X 5m in size as to give SCP-XXXX enough space to move around. There can be absolutely no windows or openings in SCP-XXXX’s cell. Video surveillance is to be kept to a minimum. If SCP-XXXX must be transported, it must have a multi-layered kevlar bandana fitted over its mouth so no light can escape. Personal assisting with the transport of SCP-XXXX must be knowledgeable on how to properly fasten the bandana. If any staff fall victim to the “transe” effect of SCP-XXXX, another personal must break their line of sight, either by turning the victim around or by obscuring their view.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity measuring roughly 2.6 meters in height. It appears to have almost no muscle mass or fat. Its arms a disgustingly out of proportion with the forearm being nearly 75% of the total length. SCP-XXXX has dry, dark gray skin and pale yellow eyes that give it an almost rotting appearance. SCP-XXXX has functioning organs and has an average caloric intake that is scientifically plausible.

SCP-XXXX spends most of its time pacing in a circular pattern around the center of its cell. When a person enters its sight, it waits for them to face its direction at which point it opens its mouth. A bright blue glow emanates from the back of the creature’s mouth, accompanied by loud static. This light causes the victim to enter a trance-like state where they will willingly approach SCP-XXXX and eventually proceed to stick their head into the mouth of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX will then crush the victim’s throat and chew on the head until SCP-XXXX spits the body out and continue pacing in circles.

Test Log - Date ██/██/██

Subject: SCP-XXXX

Results: After nearly 2 minutes, SCP-XXXX noticed D-5429 and the lure process, the test is considered a success as knowledge was gained as a result.
Analysis: [REDACTED]

Dr. ████’s Notes:
As the official analysis of the test log is confidential, I have been asked to write a report after viewing the recording. The subject’s (D-5429) movements were oddly not forced, D-5429 seemed to willingly walk towards SCP-XXXX, I also noted that D-5429 was smiling during the entire process, well, until he had his neck grinded to a pulp, ████ that image will never leave my brain. I know people began calling it the “Static Vampire”, but god, this is way worse than just a vampire.
