Special Containment Procedures: SCP-####'s limbs must be bound together by chain of no less than 1 inch in thickness and is to be contained in a 10m*10m*10m cubic space of which the all extremities, aside from those at the beneath the subject, are comprised of a 5 inch thickness of concrete. The space beneath the subject is to be a steel grating with gaps of 1.3cm supported by columns of concrete. Beneath the grating, Dispensers of gaseous trichloromethane are to be kept on standby at all times to be activated remotely in the case of scenarios "Havoc" and "Pandemonium" or a breach of containment. The anomaly must be suspended at all times in the centre of the containment cell via electromagnetism and cannot be lowered without keys from both Dr Kustos and another on-site personnel of level 4 clearance. Cameras must be placed in all corners of the containment cell and the visual and auditory feeds must always be monitored by personnel of at least clearance level 2 assigned to SCP-#### with the exception of those who exhibit anomalous properties of any kind. The containment cell must always be lit between 300 to 800 lux except for 6 hours in which this may be lowered to allow the subject to sleep. SCP objects and objects with anomalous properties are not permitted to pass within 10 meters of the SCP-#### containment site. The area within 50 meters of the containment site is to undergo full lock-down following the procedure of a "Pandemonium" scenario or breach of containment. No less than 10 armed personnel are to be present at all times surrounding the containment cell. These personnel are required to posses both lethal and non-lethal countermeasures, specifically sedatives and armour-piercing rounds.

Chains used to contain SCP-#### must be replaced daily. Any used chains must undergo an examination to determine anomalous properties and be dealt with accordingly. All electrical systems and structures involving containment are to be examined daily with supervision from "Sleuth" operatives. Any changes are to be reported immediately to Dr Kustos or the site manager. Any operatives ending a period of monitoring on SCP-#### are to attend immediate physical and psychiatric evaluation. Any strange occurrences or behaviours exhibited by personnel after observing or being in contact with SCP-#### are to be treated as "Pandemonium" scenario incidents. Said personnel are to be sedated immediately before evacuation procedures. Any personnel stationed at the containment site must be removed from within a 50 meter radius upon reaching 3 days of assignment and cannot be reassigned within a full month under any circumstances. All personnel leaving the containment site of SCP-#### must undergo brief physical and psychiatric evaluation by team members who were not recently assigned to observe containment. If not, on-site medical personnel must be drafted to perform the evaluation. Any who fail the evaluation must be sent to Dr Kustos immediately. All records of anomalous findings relating to SCP-#### must be filed to Dr Kustos, Dr Melony and the site director as soon as possible.

Due to the threat posed by this SCP, it has been determined that it will be contained in Site-54 indefinitely.
