Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4197 is to be contained in its cell a urban looking living room with dim red lights and a coat hanger at the entrance of the cell. Air inside the chamber has to be 64 Degrees in Fahrenheit.
Description: SCP-4197 is a manikin and a womanikin standing at 2.14 meters in height and is the color of dark crimson red appears to be a █████ model from the 1930's. Object appears to have black inky organs and bones inside of it once viewed with X-ray type equipment.
The object appears to have human hair at the top of the head with a yellow mask with a smiley face. It is not known what the face of the object looks like since it is covered with unknown material.
SCP-4197 was found in an attic of a home in █████ █████ during 5/10/1993 owner of the home was found [DATA REDACTED] and [DATA REDACTED].
All subjects that have came in contact with SCP-4197 have either been gone mentally ill or have been turned inside out. The last subject D-1783 that has came into contact with SCP-4197 has been [DEACEASED]. If breached containment SCP-4197 is a Level 3 4 class hazardous Object.
