Due to SCP-XXXX public image SCP-XXXX is currently allowed to live in the general population. SCP-XXXX's knowledge of the SCP Foundation is to be kept at a need to know basis. Currently, SCP-XXXX only possesses knowledge of the veil of secrecy, that he is a document anonymous individual under Foundation custody, and the existence of the group of Interest known as "The Fifth Church".
MTF Delta-5 "Ground Control" is to monitor the area that SCP-XXXX occupies and collect any instants of SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX is to collect instances of SCP-XXXX-A that manifest within their home which are to be confiscated by an MTF Delta-5 agent.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is Canadian astronaut commander Chris Hadfied. It is to be noted that SCP-XXXX is not considered anomalous in any way but rather the target of anomalous phenomena. This phenomenon manifests in the materialization of SCP-XXXX-A instances within SCP-XXXX vicinity.
SCP-XXXX-A instances are various different forms of advertising for The Fifth Church. These advertisements typically manifest as flyers, posters and on rare occasions manifest as build boards on public highways, encouraging SCP-XXXX specifically to join The Fifth Church1. SCP-XXXX-A instances have shown to depict bizarre sometimes disturbing imagery and in a few instances incorporated SCP-XXXX likeness which has caused a small amount of anxiety and stress towards them.
SCP-XXXX-A instances will materialize within a 50 meter radius of SCP-XXXX typically within small confined areas, or affixed to a flat surface. On average almost 65 SCP-XXXX-A instances materialize on a daily basis. Attempts to view this materialization have failed with camera footage only showing instances appearing between frames.
Addendum-01:
SCP-XXXX became affected by this phenomenon on 05/12/13 while in orbit aboard the International Space Station. It is currently theorized that this is directly attributed to the YouTube upload of SCP-XXXX's musical rendition of "Space Odyssey" by David Bowie. View video here.
Approximately 1 hour after uploading SCP-XXXX encountered the first instance of SCP-XXXX-A in the form of a flyer. 7 hours after upload SCP-XXXX and the International Space Station crew began panicking having collected approximately 22 instances of SCP-XXXX-A and had sent multiple reports to several superiors on earth. 19 hours after upload an SCP-XXXX-A incense in the form of a larger billboard materialized 20 meters away from the International Space Station and began anomalously orbiting it2.
At this point, the Foundation became involved and had sent the following message to SCP-XXXX.
Dear Chris Hadfied.
We would like to clarify that we are not your government or any other government rather an organization more powerful than any of them.
We are aware of your situation aboard the International Space Station and we assure you that this is relatively normal in the grand scheme of things. But as we do not fully understand the properties that are affecting the station. So we encourage you to stay calm and continue to collect as many of the advertisements as possible and refrain from reading them.
We are filmier whit The Fifth Church and they are very good at tampering with the mind in most cases. So it is very important that you keep a clear head as you wait for your already planned re-entry. When you return we will see if the advertisements follow.

After SCP-XXXX return to Earth and was placed into Foundation custody for analyzation, MTF Delta-5 retrieved approximately 82 instances of SCP-XXXX-A aboard the International Space Station along with the large billboard manifestation. The crew and all other civilians involved in the International Space Station mission were given Class-A amnestics.
