Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### and all it's parts is to be kept in a metal filing cabinet, in the office of Dr. ██████ within a 10x10x10 ft room concrete room with a reinforced steel door utilizing a duel key lock built into the (name) subbasement level ██. Members of the 05 council will each be presented with their own unique key to be kept on their person at all times. Any testing on SCP-#### should be accompanied by Dr. ██████ and be performed at least 15 ft away from the nearest heat source, caustic substance, and water sourse to prevent damage to SCP-#### No testing on SCP-#### is allowed at this time and only O5 personal are allowed access to SCP-#### in the case of a (threat level?) [REDACTED] scenario upon which time (plan event name) is to be initiated.
note maybe? -After the vents culminating from incident (black block), any SCPs or personnel showing any telepathic abilities are not to be brought within 30 ft of SCP-XXXX and its parts. Description: SCP-#### is a comic book series produced by Blank Page Publishing believed to consist of 3 comics. To date only part 1 has been found and it is assumed no copies of part 2 or part 3 exist. Part 1, hereby known as SCP-####-1, is an orange, 23 page, hard back comic book 20.7 cm by 17.8 cm. It's front cover has a piece of red construction paper with 'Save the Day Your own Way" written on it in black crayon. This is affixed with an adhesive substance over the original logo printed onto the cover. The original title underneath the red construction paper is unknown as no other copies of this version have been found and removal of the red construction paper could alter the anomalous properties of SCP -####-1. Within is a 23 page comic story documenting the adventures of a 5 group super team as they take on (evil villian's name) and his henchman in the city of (Untoppolass?). Several characters are missing from the pages of the comic with a white void left in their place and their speech bubbles empty of text. The missing characters include: 3 members of the super hero group, (evil villian's name) henchman, and 1 side character not believed to be of importance to the story line. Writing on the inside of the front cover says "So glad (Marcy?) left her crayons and paper in my office last night, Jack says we'll make a killing on our briliant [sic] idea'!".
SCP-####-1 comes with a black folder with "Build your Own OC kit" printed on it in white ink. The Build your Own OC kit, designated SCP-####-1b, is 21.0 cm by 29.7 cm and holds 15 12 sheets of paper printed with fillable spaces designated for Name, Age, Super Power, (replace with gender & age?). (Designate the paper as SCP-####-1c?).
No instances of Part 2 or Part 3 have been found and it is possible they were never produced. In the case they are ever found they have been given the designations SCP-####-2 and SCP-####-3.

SCP-####-1 was recovered after the events of (name &date). SCP-####-1 was found in the hands of (person) when rescue officers discovered them under the rubble of the (name)(hotel?) that had fallen on them as the result of (name &date event). Further investigating found SCP-####-1 in the remains of (person)'s house. (name and date with investigation log or interview of investigators sighting they were just trying to play a roleplay game).(they were just kids)

Anomalous properties: SCP-####-1: when opened to the first page and read SCP-####-1 creates a (instance name?) including all characters from the page becoming (animate?) within their shown positions. SCP-###-1 will also animate any characters created on an (SCP-####-1c?) to fill the parts of the missing characters up to the totality of the missing characters. If not enough (SCP-####-1c) are filled out, SCP-####-1 will then draw from it's surroundings to fill the remaining missing characters including humans, humanoids, animals and other lifelike beings, and inanimate objects although it does have a preference for what is used to fill in. So far the order of selection has been:

• Characters created on (SCP-####-1c?)
• sentient humans/humanoids
• AIs currently operating from within a physical form¹
• non sentient humans/humanoids, non sentient robotic systems, and animals
• organic material with a preference for living over dead materials (including corpses)

In the instance of (instance name?) sentient or (?) creatures taking the place of missing characters they are seen to be frozen in place with no reaction to outside stimuli although all systems and functions required to function seem to still be working as normal. This frozen condition continues until their character appears in the current scene upon which time they regain all function and acknowledged by the other characters as being a character instead of a background citizen. For any person acting as a missing hero this occurs right before (evil villian's name) comes falling from the sky to strike a dramatic pose near the heroes. (heroes do not act out any part of their backstory. assumed since their life is the backstory)

Tests showing that all added characters inevitably cause an alteration to the original story line leading to a different ending each time.

All inserted characters retain their original properties leading to characters not created with (SCP-####-1c?) to be severly underpowered against (evil villian's name). This has lead to a high fatality rate in inserted characters. humanoid scps not used due to potential containment break and unknown effect to the story line.

testing

Multiple pages destroyed during testing, one ruined by a spill when Dr. (black black) dropped his coffee mug on a sheet of (SCP-####-1c?), one filled in and then burned… character burst into flames as soon as SCP-####-1 was opened and the first line read. Another torn in half with similar result.

How was it found? Where? Circumstance? Containment? (person who used it killed while still holding the comic)?
