Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is housed inside a standard humanoid living quarters previously serving dual purpose as an interview room. SCP-XXXX's quarters are to remain monitored using CCTV.

After Incident XXXX-10.09.15, SCP-XXXX's containment cell and soon thereafter the surrounding floors were hermetically sealed in accordance with Alpha75-j Biological Contaminants Automatic Response Contingency Plan when SCP-XXXX-1 contaminants of ████ origins were detected in the air of SCP-XXXX's cell. Hermetic seals are checked weekly for leaks with abnormalities reported to Chief Security Officer Reynolds.

Incident XXXX-10.09.15 eventually led Former Site-██ to be declared an exclusion zone and Area 27 was built up around it. Area 27 comprises of the grounds surrounding the immediate area, Sector Gamma, Sector Delta, and Containment Zones Alpha and Beta consisting of Floors B4-B6.

Any SCP-XXXX-1 contaminants found outside the quarantined living quarters will enact an Alpha89 Biological Contaminants Response Contingency Plan including personnel quarantine followed by termination of infected individuals inside hermetically sealed containment zones.

Origin: SCP-XXXX is believed to be an attempt by Major ██████, code name: Ranger Danger, to create a super human entity using anomalous items recovered from the field, and stolen from (the brotherhood? outposts). SCP-XXXX was found in a simple humanoid containment cell currently appearing as SCP-XXXX-i.1.¹

Description: SCP-XXXX is a multi-being spacial anomaly. At indeterminate intervals SCP-XXXX shifts to a new Instance with no pattern found by Lead Researcher Dr. ████████ and his staff. SCP-XXXX continues to cycle Instances commonly humanoid in size and appearance. After multiple Instances appeared to correlate with known missing persons, Taskforce XXXX-MPI was implemented to identify SCP-XXXX Instances of known missing persons.

After the events of Incident XXXX-10.09.15 the containment cell of SCP-XXXX is contaminated by ███████████, SCP-XXXX-1, believed to have originated from ██████. All contact with SCP-XXXX, it's Instances, and it's quarters have been suspended indefinitely and Taskforce XXXX-MPI has been disbanded.

Incident Report-XXXX-10.09.15

10.09.15 at 17:36 hours Junior Researcher Anthony Duvough, already inside SCP-XXXX's containment chamber, sees the new Instance appear. Duvough notes the hunched over appearance of the new Instance. When SCP-XXXX-i.112 doesn't respond to verbal queues, Dr. Genesome directs Duvough to check Instance.112 for signs of life. Upon touch of instance.112's shoulder the bio sensors detect Bio hazard level [redacted].

10.09.15 at 17:39 hours containment room [Redacted] is sealed automatically with SCP-XXXX and Junior Researcher Anthony Duvough inside.

[Redacted] at 03:05 hours Dr. Gensome reports growth of "holographic vines" that "glitch in and out of view" at approx. 45 second intervals. Junior Researcher Duvough pleads for escape now are exclusively regarding a "pollen" released from bulbous sections originating around corners in the vines' directional growth. "Pollen" remains unseen to viewers outside SCP-XXXX's sealed containment zone.

[Redacted] at 21:09 hours SCP- XXXX shifts to Instance.113, an elderly woman of Polynesian decent. Instance.113 begins to panic leading to an elevated heart rate. At 21:21, SCP-XXXX-i.113 falls backwards out of chair and seizes. Bio-metric analyses performed via eastern viewing window by DR. Gensome mark cause of death to be Heart Failure. Jr. Researcher Duvough starts to hyperventilate. At 21:46, Duvough falls unconscious.

[Redacted] At 13:22 hours Jr. Researcher Duvough dies after nearly a week of agony. Bio-metric analyses shows cause of death to be drowning due to deterioration of the upper respiratory walls.

[Redacted] at 12:13 hours CCTV captures SCP-XXXX's switch into Instance.114, a young boy of [Redacted] descent. Instance.114 breaks into a full body rash and begins to scream.

10.14.15 at 14:00 hours Site Director Maria Jones declares class Alpha incident and begins transfer of Euclid class SCPs from Site-██ to area sites for temporary storage until reassignment is finalized. Personnel are issued class 1 amnestics. Dr. Genesome and their team including Security and maintenance personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are given class 3 amnestics and retired.

[Redacted] at 23:35 hours Floors 4 through 6 undergo full quarantine after standard maintenance of ventilation shaft causes break of SCP-XXXX's containment. Reporting security personnel state pleads for help being heard from floor 4 breach lock doors. Both reporters issued class 1 amnestics and reassigned to base floor 1 monitoring duties.

10.23.15 at 14:00 hours Floors 4 through 6 are declared permanent quarantine zone Beta and all access is rescinded. Floors 3 up to Base Floor 1 are declared Sector Gamma and is only to be used used for storage of safe SCPs not currently undergoing testing. Floors 7 though ██ is declared Sector Delta and is only to be used for storage of safe SCPs already housed on those floors. No testing or relocation of SCPs within Sector Delta is permitted without written permission of at least two O-5 personnel.

05.03.16 at 14:00 hours By directive of the O-5 council permanent declassification of Site-██ is authorized. All SCPs remaining inside floor 4 through 6 are to be redacted and access to these floors is to be rendered impassable. No personnel are permitted access to these floors and any attempt to acess Site 27 by personnel not authorized to maintain the perimeter may lead to reclassification as Class D personnel. Sectors Gamma and Delta are no longer authorized for access except by members of the O-5 council.
