In cases of a breakout

if this happens, and Security Personnel is held up assisting with a breakout or the likes, Immediately respond with "But you wouldn't the time." If it is unsuccessful

when subjects had the watch removed from them, it has been seen to take subjects by the wrists and say "It appears you haven't the time." It will then [REDACTED], along with whoever it is holding.
