Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2907 is to be allowed to roam freely over whichever site it is currently being kept in.

Description: SCP-2907 seems to be a sentient human skull connected directly to a human ulna and skeletal human hand. It uses the hand to crawl around, as if it's hand was a body. SCP-2907 has many of the characteristics commonly associated with dogs. It will respond to commands such as sit by flattening out it's "legs." SCP-2907 is known to like playing fetch, specifically with bones. If SCP personnel are to throw a bone and say the word "fetch," SCP-2907 will run after it and pick it up in it's mouth. SCP-29078 will then procede to swallow the bone, though it has no throat and the bone will immediately fall out of the bottom of SCP-2907's skull. It is currently unknown why SCP-2907 does this. SCP-2907 gives off an aura of playfulness, causing any people and SCPs around it to forget most anger or trouble, and instead play with SCP-2907.
