SCP-5596 out of containment

Item #: SCP-5596

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5596 is to be contained within a, 8x11" plastic container lined with foam. A plastic lid is to be kept on the container at all times with exception to testing.

Description: SCP-5596 is a medium syringe measuring 10.16 cm or 4" in length and 5.08 cm or 2" in circumference.

The contents of the syringe change on a daily basis whether it is empty or full. The changing contents of SCP-5596 appear to have different effects as they are changed.

A few effects personnel found note-worthy include the following:
Inflammation of the brain causing symptoms similar to Encephalitis and eventual death, Heavy bloating followed by feelings of extreme nausea and eventual death from dehydration after excessive vomiting, and bleeding from the pores.

Researchers hypothesize that most if not all effects caused by the contents of the syringe are fatal or pose a risk to the victim.

Addendum: Researchers have debated the origins of the syringe but it is rather unknown, some discoveries that were made recently are that it was created somewhere in western Russia and that its date of origin is between 1920-1925 but the rest remains unknown
