biscuit1357 SCP

Ok, so I wrote an SCP and I really want some feedback. Thanks!

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a Secure Storage Vault at Site-█ with video surveillance and must be protected by no less than 2 guards at all times. Removal of SCP-XXXX from containment must be approved by a level 2 or above personal. Opening SCP-XXXX outside of authorized testing will be met with severe disciplinary procedures, up to and including termination. It is prohibited to follow instructions of the book unless in a testing environment. The proper testing environment is a locked room with two armed guards outside the door.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a book bound in the leaves of a tree and filled with parchment paper. The book is roughly 25 centimeters in width and 30 centimeters in height. When active, text in the native language of the user will appear on the pages. The book will seem to give a history of itself. It claims to be a book made from the leaves of the tree Yggdrasil1 from Norse mythology. The book will try to persuade individuals using the book to take it to ██████ latitude and ██████ longitude. The book claims to “bring about Ragnarok2” when taken to this location. If taken to the location the book will then tell the user to place it in the tree at the location. If done so a field of energy will begin to expand from the tree in every direction, destroying all organic life within the field (see incident report XXXX-A). If the user is not able to get to the location, they will do anything in there power to escape their current location in order to go towards the location specified by the book (see experiment log XXXX-A1).

Incident Report XXXX-A
As part of initial testing with SCP-XXXX, the book was taken to the location specified and placed in the tree at the location. When this was done a spherical field of energy emerged from the book expanding at roughly 7kph. The field appeared to kill all organic life within it. Foundation efforts to contain the field failed as it passed harmlessly through all non-organic materials. The field was eventually stopped by aerial bombardment, which knocked the book out of the tree, retracting the field. The book was retrieved and taken back to Site-█. A small town was enveloped by the field and no survivors were found. A cover story was supplied stating that a nearby nuclear test misfired and destroyed the town.
