Due to the terms laid out by the BPKS, independent containment of SCP-XXXX is as of writing, forbidden. Following the discovery of the anomaly and its Keter classification, a board-meeting was called between Foundation DEA and Indonesia's anomalies representative Drs. █████████ to request approval for Foundation control of the island where SCP-XXXX is located, with substantial containment procedures to be put in effect. Concerns of foreign intervention put forward by Drs. █████████ resulted in rejection of most of these requests.. However, an appeal for more restrained Foundation containment protocols were sent by DEA member Dr. Putri Mulia to the Indonesian Foundation branch committee, with unanimous agreement from both the O5 Council and The Indonesian Government, allowing containment of SCP-XXXX under strict control of the nation's own anomaly division, "Badan Pembererantasan Kejahatan Supranatural" (BPKS) with the following conditions;
Condition 1:
Transparency between The Foundation and The BPKS regarding the anomaly must be maintained diligently. The BPKS are allowed full access of all data acquired by the Foundation regarding SCP-XXXX, with a monthly meeting scheduled discussing the anomaly. Meetings are held at a Foundation owned facility in Jakarta in ███████████████ ███ ██████1. Any and all personnel who are found guilty of withholding data on SCP-XXXX will result in termination of all personal involvement in SCP-XXXX's containment.
Condition 2:
All Foundation personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX must act within accordance to BPKS containment procedures. If any or all Foundation personnel assigned to the project are caught diverging from current BPKS containment procedures, immediate termination of all personnel involvement will commence, following a demotion of both personnel current rank and role.
