Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4407 is to be contained in a medium sized container without any view of personnel outside. One way windows may be used in order to view SCP-4407 but he must not, under any circumstances be allowed any eye contact with staff. Only level 3 researchers are permitted to enter and must only do this once container once the SCP is out of the room and contained in a smaller cell that is connected to the back of his regular one. The smaller cell is a five by five meter box with a small door connecting to the other room, it holds no windows and keeps the SCP in complete darkness while the cell is being cleaned, examined etc. Cleaning is to be carried out once every two weeks. If the SCP refuses to enter the smaller cell he will be sedated and put in there by hand until the container is secure once again. Any container used to keep SCP-4407 secure is to be locked at all times and given monthly security checks in order to keep him at bay.
SCP-4407 was found about five miles from Site-███ after attacking a local in a field on am evening walk and was tracked down by the foundation for about a month at the order of Dr. Humphry before being captured through tempting bait. The bait consisted of a fully grown man of German origin, he was to befriend the subject and submit himself to it's hypnotic abilities until a rescue mission was put into action. This plan worked and when SCP-4407 attampted to attack the subject he was sedated without much of a struggle due to being in a weaker form. Sadly the subject's mental state was never recovered and attampts to communicate with him have only resulted in repeated phrases such as "Yes." "Of course." and "No." could be documented. As of now SCP-4497 is currently being held in a containment chamber at Site-███ and is under major security measures after several attempts to escape, all resulting in the deaths of several researchers.
Description: When attacking prey, SCP-4407 is a humanoid creature formed mostly from bones. The skull of a goat covers it's face and the horns of the skull are decorated with feathers that are hung from string, creating a tribal look to his appearance, no information has been recorded on what they mean as of now. SCP-4407 is almost nine feet tall with his horns creating an even larger appearance if stood up straight. The throat of this SCP is made of flesh but the outlines of vertebrate can be seen on the skin. Meanwhile the rest of his torso is that of a normal human skeleton however within the chest cavity is a beating heart and several other organs protected by a thick layer of skin that pulls everything together, showing the beating of the heart through the skin. His legs are both that of a creature, each having clawed toes and fur, almost like a goat without the hoofs then a long thin tail to complete the look.
When luring his prey in SCP-4407 is a human Caucasian male about 24 years of age and a height of around six foot. His build is average with blue eyes and lightly coloured hair. he doesn't differentiate from a normal human besides his teeth that aren't much of a giveaway.
When in his secondary form, SCP-4407 has the ability to put subjects into a hypnotic state, causing them to befriend him and become increasingly trustworthy and close to SCP-4407 no matter what the creature does, good or bad. Once SCP-4407 has gained the subject's trust he will feed off of their energy and use them like a parasite, draining the life from them until he has built up enough energy to release his primary form, allowing him to attack the subject and anyone around him. Once any threats are neutralized SCP-4407 will feed on the flesh of his victims and remain in this monstrous state from a few hours to several days until the energy has worn off. SCP-4407 displays almost snake-like feeding routines meaning that he only has to feed once a month but can choose to do more if he so desires.
