[BEGIN LOG]
Interviewer: Greetings, first I'd like to thank you for your time, now onto the question What does your job specialize in?
Interviewee: Currently my job is to ensure this foundation is running as expected and working as a developer.
Interviewer: I see, is it a hard job to handle?
Interviewee: Hard? well, let us say part of it made me not sleep for 2 days.
Interviewer: That must be very stressful to be up for 2 days, what kept you from not sleeping for the 2 days?
Interviewee: Coffee, a lot of it, I mean I did sleep for like 3 hours each day.
Interviewer: Coffee contains a lot of caffeine you shouldn't drink it, was there a really hard part to do at your job if so say it.
Interviewee: Finding the Door Script and fixing the Alarm system, I and the dev team worked hours on it just to ensure we would have the site ready for release.
Interviewer: Ah, I can tell that it is hard to do.
Interviewee: Yes, it was.
Interviewer: Have you ever fired an employee here? if so why?
Interviewee: Well we had the [REDACTED] Incident, but apart from that all personnel are qualified on their current spot.
Interviewer: What happened in the [REDACTED] Incident if you could give me a bit of information.
Interviewee: Information is currently [REDACTED] to Level-5
Interviewer: I see, that's fine. How do you punish personnel that violate regulations?
Interviewee: Depends, I normally tend to see the other person side and adapt it to the punishment, I always prefer to talk rather than punish.
Interviewer: Well, we all do mistakes once and we deserve to get forgiven for them, but for some we cannot.
Interviewee: Agreed.
Interviewer: Well, this concludes this interview, I would like to thank you once again for your time and answers.
