Draft Notes:
"Brighteyes", only 1 known, curious, telepathic, vaguely humanoid. Found in 05-[redact]'s office, unknown how long it evaded detection. Manner in interview should be cordial yet vague, almost cryptic but not deliberately so, it just doesn't know that much about how to communicate effectively with humans. The SCP dislikes light brighter than winter sunlight as well as perception by a large number of individuals (4+), or study by advanced (more perceptive) means.

Interview log, topic: being in 05's office
Through use of direct questions interviewer is able to determine that the SCP was fascinated and somewhat bothered by the O5's augmented lifespan. It had "Not been observing long"

Special Containment Procedures: Bright lights, motion detectors, and 4 camera clusters (Visual, Thermal, IR, and UV forming a barrier around a darkened 3x3x3 meter area, 6 hour mirror quarantine

Description: single humanoid entity, dislikes light and direct perception especially with intense scrutiny. Appears to be a tall humanoid entity of slightly below average size, comprised of "nothing", or blackness with an immense sense of depth, very faint, seemingly distant light sources appear to approximate eyes. Upon letting your eyes adjust to the scp's body, dimmer, more distant light sources become visible all over the SCP's body, though this increased scrutiny causes discomfort and a degree of agitation. The SCP is capable of communication over a limited distance. SCP is capable of instantaneous transportation under very limited circumstances. If an individual who has made "direct" (through glass, lenses, or mirrors. not through video) eye contact with the SCP looks at a mirror and sees 2 or more point or round light sources they will instead perceive the SCP's eyes. Upon turning around the SCP will relocate to that location. It has denied any control over this ability, though the veracity of this statement is questionable. Reflected starlight would appear to be the most likely trigger for this ability, should the SCP escape containment. This ability seems to only affect individuals who have made eye contact with the SCP recently, within 6 hours.

Addendum A: Incident report: SCP relocated through a mirror, following a researcher into the bathroom. SCP was returned to containment through use of handheld, high powered flashlights and camera equipment. Mirrors removed from the wing, all bulb-based lights onsite replaced with tube-based fluorescent lights.
