Special containment procedures:This scp must be contained on a cell of 6 per 6 per 6 meters. Each day must recieve a normal breakfast, lunch and dinner. He mustn't leave the room because strange events can happen. Every day must talk with someone for entertainment and the cell must have a TV. Each week a janitor must enter the cell and clean it for one hour. The SCP-_ must have clean clothes every day.

Description:The SCP-_ has the appearance of a man of 43 years old, a height of 1,68 m and a weight of 78kg.

He has the normal clothes of an officer, and a hair with a color between black and white.
He has the capacity to make that a bad fortune reach any person which is closer to 5 meters from him.

He was found in England in the "Mr Bean"studio. A group of the MTF got there and left unconscious to this scp. They used amnesics of class I for the personal of the studio.

Addendum: He has the abiltiy to to speak english, so the Fundation has maken some interviews.

Dr Hans: Ok, here we are your friends, we only need that you say who created you.
SCP: I don't know, I only was a normal boy and then an actor of a studio.
Dr Hans: Why do you cause bad events at you surroundings?
SCP: Well, when I was born, I didn't cause anything, but one day, my fathers died because a fire on a lake.
Dr Hans: That's have very bad luck.
SCP: I know.
Dr Hans: That is the end of the interview. Bye.

At the end of the interview, the SCP started to cry. All interviews or testings are forbidden.
