Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9846 must be kept in a sound-proof, 4m x 4m x 4m keter humanoid cell, with no video or audio recording devices present in the room. In replacement for the prohibited use of video or audio devices, a thermal imaging camera must be utalised in order to confirm the presence of SCP-9846 inside of its cell.
All photographs, video footage and audio recordings of SCP-9846 are prohibited due to its effect on all who view or listen to it.
Description: SCP-9846 is invisible to the naked human eye and can only be detected through the use of thermal imaging cameras. Its roughly humanoid figure looks similar to that of a young, extremely malnourished girl between the age of ████, capable of turning anyone who comes into direct contact, hears it, or sees recorded video of her, from now refered to as SCP-9846-1, excluding through a thermal camera go into a tranced state instantly and then into a state of extreme, animalistic aggressiveness to everything around them about 2 minutes after entering a tranced state.
SCP-9846-1 effected by the state appear to only be calmed through photos of direct family members or close friends. Details from SCP-9846-1 after leaving the state of aggressiveness, describe their experience as
being trapped in their worst memories
Often these memories are contorted in more violent or disturbing in nature, based upon what SCP-9846-1 fears the most.
Addendum 9846-1: During original containment of SCP-9846 on the ██/██/2018, Agent ███████, Agent █████, Agent ██████ & Agent ████████, along side Dr. ████, investigated reports of a home in █████, US, screems were heard from the inside of the home that sounded like that of a little girl. Local law enforcement that were the first responders on scene went radio silent, with the last radio transmission detailed in Ammendum 9846-2. Agents arrived around 45 minutes later with support from Taskforce Tale 9, to find all the civilian in that city street, including the first responders, enacting in ███████ █████, leaving many severely mutilated and ██████ ██████ eachover. The joint Foundation force had to escalate to lethal force to subdue to extremely aggressive civlians and law enforcement.
Addendum 9846-2: The following is the last radio transmission from first responders on scene;
*Gun Shot*
Officer 1: There are too fucking many of them

*Automatic Gunfire heard*
Officer 3: What the fuck is that fucking noise?
