Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6040 is to be contained in a three (3) room cell, all furnished with one potted rose and a bathroom. Subject is allowed to Rome freely around the facility, albeit from time to time their behaviour and actions must be studied by one of the few selected personal scientists to prevent harmful and dangerous acts to be carried out by the Subject. If the Subject does take part in harmful acts, especially to itself, it must be forced to return to it's cell, then sat down for a debriefing. Subject is allowed to request for meetings with SCP-073 and must not be questioned unless it is willing to answer on it's own. Violence is not to be induced onto the Subject for any reason. If Subject begins to act wayward, contain them in the present room, for it will level itself out.
Description: SCP-6040 appears to be a light skinned young African adult in it's early twenties, weighing average 60kg, height 5'8ft, with dark brown hair and right eye. The left eye seems to be either gauzed out and replaced with a camera-like replacement. The front left of the Subject's scalp is shows the metal plate in it's head, the skin incompletely grown over the unknown material. The left wrist of the Subject is replaced and connects with a detachable metal copy of it's hand, having two different models (the first identified as the muscular model that is built was like a normal human hand, the second identified as the skeletal model that resembles the human skeleton, and uses 2cm thick ball joints as knuckles) to use depending on certain situations best suited for that hand. The older, skeletal model is mostly used.
SCP-X604 prefers not to be called by it's name by most people, only choosing select few to call it by that during it's private therapy sessions or conversations. It is fluent in many languages, having learnt over time before and after it was discovered by the foundation. It has a wide knowledge in many subjects and courses, it's favourites settled under Sciences, while it's most enjoyable being under Arts.
One of it's three rooms is a study, holding it's requested books, maps, technological equipment, and it's personal data, ranging from poems, biographies, files, reports and work assigned by the foundation.
It's second room contains art equipment of various professions that it enjoys. It has taken these as hobbies to express itself non-verbally whenever it falls into one of it's 'moods'. Drawing has been the best form of expression, as it helps the foundation understand more of this SCP's mental state.
Additional Notes: SCP-X604 claims to have existed since ''The New Beginning". It does not know who or what made it, but that it is fairly related to human biology. (Tests have shown that it is has the same structure of a human being, all from the skeletal system to it's nerval system.) It had walked the earth alone in the shadows, watching humans grow to rise up and take over, advancing through the ages.
SCP-X604 was discovered in Canada, 19█ by two injured MTF soldiers. They claimed to have been healed by it and questioned what it was. It willingly answered very few of them with actual answer, before running away from the two onto a nearby forest. 15 years later, SCP-X604 had found its way to site 13 and requested a meeting with 'the higher ups' of the site. It was taken to meet with the O5 council, later being taken into containment.
When SCP-X604 learnt of SCP-073, it had repeatedly requested to be changed to it's site, giving repeated reasons why it desired to meet the SCP. The O5 council were notified and agreed to the change, stating that there could be benefits of two SCPs that work for the foundation meeting each other. Presently, SCP-X604 and SCP-073 have become close friends and enjoy having private conversations relating to many topics they share. SCP-073 also helps in questioning SCP-X604 about itself and shares what information it is allowed to. SCP-X604 has taken natural comfort in conversing with SCP-073, stating 'I have met someone that is like me. I do not feel alone.'
Addendum 1: SCP-X604 is Haphephobic. It's skin is as tough as iron, making it very hard for the SCP to injure; but not impossible. The toughness does not affect it's neural system, making the SCP as sensitive as a normal human. SCP-X604 claims that it had been under heavy abuse and immoral testing by human-like creatures unknown to it's knowledge. The trauma of the incident has made the SCP to react violently when touched by a foreign feeling that it is cannot recall nor is not used to.
Addendum 2: SCP-X604 is able to alter and change matter and atoms to whatever it chooses. This is mainly done in healing itself or others, replacing skin with any item it deems useful. It chooses not to use it's ability more than for those two purposes.
Addendum 3: SCP-X604 is able to make small balls of light in the middle of it's left wrist, ranging from roughly three to seven centimeters in diameter. These balls of light have a faint white glow and do not radiate heat, but hold a temperature of nearly 3,000°C. SCP-X604 claims that it does not hurt people when it uses the balls to heal them. Tests on D-Class and healing injured scientists done by SCP-X604 have proven it to be true.
Addendum 4: SCP-X604 was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and PTSD in 20█ by Dr.██ ████. It is prone to panic attacks and may unexpectedly have nightmares disregarding how it spent it's day. During it's panic attacks, it unconsciously distorts objects around it, gradually from small to big, 'melting' them like candle wax. These panic attacks so not only for more than approximately 15 minutes, and the SCP wakes up on it's own. The damage starts in a radius of two feet, growing by a foot every minute
