A special team of researchers are to be designated to ascertain details pertaining to incident-XXXX-021621 from the above documents.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Temporal Field Manipulator designed by DR. Ian Street. Capable of seeming manipulating time, through the preservation of spacetime fabric for all but personnel located in proximity of the device. Developmental funding was approved by 05 council after Dr. Street convinced the council of the the immense benefits of being able to stop time to prevent Keter-class Objects breaching containment as well as prevention of "Broken Masquerade" events.
