Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-#### is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell at site-██, with the exception of no windows and constant monitoring through security video. The room will be guarded with three guards, two at the front and the other viewing the security feed. If item SCP-#### is gone from its cell, security is too alert to a class 4 or higher personnel. #### may disappear every few nights for 6 to 8 hours to [DATA EXPUNGED] (See incident ####-02 for a follow up on this matter). See Document #####-04 for why we do not concern a security breach with ####. Personnel are to feed the subject ██████ every 6-10 hours per day so it could maintain a healthy diet. Item #### was obtained on ██/ ██/ 20 ██.
Description: SCP-#### is a average size humanoid standing at 180.7 cm. #### has average features for a normal human, blond hair, no disfiguration except for the its eyes, white and shallow. #### can wear standard human attire as in shirts and pants. The anomalous abilities of #### are to this day from an unknown origin (See addendum ####-09). If any sentient creature makes direct eye contact with the #### there eyes will be completely blackened out and [DATA EXPUNGED] will appear in the eyes of the subject, when subjects eyes are blackened, the subject can experience a vision of the subjects worst fear. Ultimately concluding in the subjects suicide. The abilities of #### can be avoided by looking through any one way window. Interviews with #### have concluded that it does feel remorse for it's victims, depending on the victim (See addendum ####-05). #### does not know the origin of its abilities or how, why and when it was made (See addendum ####-09). It has been theorised that #### could eliminate the abilities of SCP-092, the test has yet to be approved by 05-Command. SCP-#### can and does take physical damage as a normal human being.
Personnel are aloud to speak to ####, though this can cause a feeling of dread to the subject that #### is speaking too.
incident ####-02: SCP-#### disappeared from its cell exactly at 12:54 am on ██/ ██/ 20 ██ . Alarms were sounded and the facility later went on lock-down. A search for the item concluded with no results. 7 hours later SCP-#### appeared back in its cell. When questioned where it went, #### responds with "to his bedroom".
