Why do you even bother

Contact Report:

  1. First Instance: Researchers exploring an un-named and unsecured SCP contacted Red Cell - Nomad to an incident requiring immediate emergency containment of unsecured assets, detainment and administration of Class A amnestics to non agency personnel, as well as clean up of an incident involving an unobtained asset. The team was rapidly deployed to contain the incident site. Upon arrival agents determined that the incident in question was caused not by the actions of the asset but rather an unknown entity leaving this letter of admission.

Dear You,

Hi, we have minimally interacted on some level, mostly on my behalf and largely, you'll forgive me, also I do not care if you do, without your express permission. You see I found you to be weak and unfit for the job you currently perform. You and your brethren hide the truth from the world, you keep them safe and …weak.

Let me be clear, I, we all have taken this "SCP" from you. No we need no weapon, obviously it's why you read this now, and how publicly this display has been. Let me ask you how much amnestics you have, not enough I imagine for something this size.

We are here to give you some perspective, that your way is flawed and unjust. You keep them behind walls allowing them to persist, allowing them a chance to end it all. Every demon, every shadow, every monster, and event you keep them a secret one that will tear us all to pieces. Oh and do not worry, no campaign of misinformation required, this sounds absolutely mad, no one will believe our mission.

You are grand and powerful, legion are your numbers, far is your reach, and much more grandiose is your arrogance. Many there are that oppose you but none that can truly touch you, at least that is the supposition. We are not done, we are coming, you know us not at all, but we have seen you. We will rip you from your throne, dashing you and your system against the stone. Be ready.

Sincerely,
Why Do You Even Bother.

As noted this letter appears to address no one single individual but rather appears to address the agencies policies
