alright, let's go with the first idea that I come upon in my head …
The Snickering Sadness Radio -
A radio that will begin playing music that often evokes strong emotions of sadness and even depression when a listener passes by. While the listener is hearing this music and begins to enter a worse emotional state; the radio will begin to insult and belittle the listener. The song that the object plays when a listener passes by is never the same from person to person, and the insults that the object makes are often very personal to the listener; causing even greater emotional distress. The object appears like a normal radio until a person approaches within 5 meters of it, causing it to spontaneously turn on and begin playing music.
The object has been observed to be semi-omniscient as it knows exactly what makes the closest listener feel overwhelming emotional distress from both music and targeted insults and attacks. While this object can't create any transitional movement, it has been observed to teleport from one position to another within a 5 to 15 meter radius. The object also appears to single out the closest listener if there are multiple listeners within it's 5 meter radius, but the other listeners within it's 5 meter radius will be unable to hear the radio at all. The radio had to be found and contained as reports of a mysterious radio causing people to enter clinical depression, and listeners that didn't leave it's 5 meter radius were eventually driven to commit suicide, have been rapidly spreading in the media and even causing widespread panic.
Her Imagination and Her Critics -
A pair of SCPs consisting of a humanoid-like creature and a notebook that the aforementioned SCP keeps within its grasp at all times. The first SCP, SCP-XXXX-01, appears in the form of a girl in her teens wearing a simple blue dress, and having below-shoulder-length black and dark-brown hair that obscures most of its face. While in appearance the first SCP appears completely harmless; if its art is negatively described in anyway, whether critical or objective, it will begin to become more aggravated. In its aggravated state, the creature will extend claws from between its fingers that measure roughly 12.7 centimeters in length and also expose enlarged canines hidden in its mouth; the creature will also have a change of posture becoming more hunched forward as short spines extend out from the creature's shoulders. The creature, in its aggravated state, will become extremely hostile and destructive towards people and objects, attacking its target by a combination of swiping its claws at or biting vital areas of the target. Once the creature has calmed down, it will begin to quickly retract it claws, incisors, and spikes back into its body and take on the original appearance it had. In its non-aggravated state, the creature will often spend time quietly drawing in its notebook and often avoid contact with others, but when it has to speak, it will often speak quietly in short and erratic sentences that aren't always understandable; making conversations with it very brief and sometimes confusing.
The second SCP, SCP-XXXX-02, takes the form of a simple notebook that SCP-XXXX-01 keeps a very close hold of. The pages of the object that SCP-XXXX-01 always draws on are very rarely scene as SCP-XXXX-01 is extremely reluctant in showing the drawings, but of the drawings scene most of them appear to be completely mindless abstract drawings that hold no meaning. However, the notebook has an anomalous property to manifest any drawing that SCP-XXXX-01 made into our plain of existence, as long as the drawing the object is manifesting is of the real world. The size of the drawing appears to not be an influence on the manifestation of the object, as observed from how the notebook was able to manifest a drawing desk that was 30 centimeters wider and longer than the desk that SCP-XXXX-01 was provided with. While SCP-XXXX-02 has these anomalous properties, it appears to just be a perfectly normal notebook when SCP-XXXX-01 isn't drawing on the pages of it, however SCP-XXXX-01 will also enter its aggravated state when its notebook is taken away from it and frantically attempt to re-acquire the notebook by any means.
