Containment Procedures: Level 4 clearance is required in order to access SCP-4230's chamber. SCP-4230 is to be kept in a 30 meter by 30 meter containment unit due to its size (approximately 12 meters in height and approximately 16 meters length). An Electro-Magnetic shield has been installed to prevent any EMPs (Electro Magnetic Pulses) from shutting down the facility; The Electro-Magnetic shield functions using a device in the chambers' walls that keeps SCP-4230s anomalous capabilities dampened at all times. The chamber be far from the surface of the planet to prevent any catastrophes. A elevator will be provided for D-class personnel to perform maintenance on the chamber.

Description: SCP-4230 appears to be a semi-aquatic therapod that has the capability to absorb electric charge, release it's charge at will, and disable all machinery using EMPs.
