Special Containment Procedures: Observation post XXXX-a has been set up nearby the location of the Blaník mountain (from now on referred to as SPC-XXXX-A).Any action that could trigger SCP should be stopped by any means necessary. Should SCP-XXXX be triggered CLASS A amnestics are to be administered to all persons within 10 km of the SCP target area. There is no need to treat civilians in the path of SCP-XXXX since their armor contains low level memetic amnestic.¹

SCP-XXXX is not to be engaged.

Description: SCP-XXXX are a group of an unknown number of individuals (SCP-XXXX-X) residing inside SCP-XXXX-A. These individuals are mostly persons with historical significance of military nature originating from the area of Kingdom of Bohemia. 100 different individuals have been encountered as of yet. Any military action taking place in the Czech Republic hostile to said country will trigger SCP-XXXX effects, a number of SCP-XXXX-X appearing to ride out of the mountain towards the perceived threat riding horse-breeds bred in the area in 700-1520 AD wearing armor and wielding weapons from similar area and time at speeds greatly exceeding those their mounts should be capable of. Upon reaching the location of the threat [DATA EXPUNGED].

Most of the Foundation communication has been through SCP-XXXX-1 which refers to itself as King Wenceslas.

On ██.█.1939 SCP-XXXX-1-10 have been encountered by Foundation Forces after
Foundation assets in the Wehrmacht forwarded reports of a very large amount of soldiers
were reported to have disappeared near the location of SCP-XXXX-1²
and a team of 3 agents has been sent to investigate. Following is a transcript of footage from a hidden camera on Agent Novak's uniform.

Agent Novak (reveals himself and starts speaking in czech) My name is Paul good
sir. Who might you happen to be?

SCP-XXXX-1 I am Wenceslas king of bohemia. What is your purpose here?

Agent Novak To investigate strange happenings in this area.

SCP-XXXX-1 What strange happenings?

Agent Novak Reports of many dead soldiers.

SCP-XXXX-1 That is our doing, eh lads.

Agent Sully *comms* Do we engage?

Agent Johnson *comms* Negative.

SCP-XXXX-1 A nice talk this, but we'll be off, there are more enemies of Bohemia
to take care of. Blanic Knights set out.

Agent Novak Wait we can settle this peacefully.

SCP-XXXX-1 There is nothing to settle When the lands of Bohemia are in peril the Blanic
Knights shall set out from the mountain and save them. There is no "peacefully".

Agent Johnson Engage.

(Sounds of gunfire as agents Johnson and Sully open fire. Agent Novak unable to prepare
his weapon in time.)

(Agent Novak's heavy breathing and shouts of Agent Johnson and Sully can be heard)

Agent Novak (in czech) I surrender, please don't kill me, I have a family.

Agent Novak managed to contact the local SCP facilities and a team was dispatched to secure the czech surrender by president Benes. SCP-XXXX containment procedures set up.

For his help in covering up what could have been a great secrecy breach Agent Novak has been set up as the head of the XXXX-a facility.

SCP-XXXX-1 When my brother stabbed me He took me to Blanic and nursed me back to health. Tought me how to use these marvelous items. He said I must defend Bohemia at all cost and so I did.

Agent Deutch Interesting, could you tell me about Him and your weapons technology.

SCP-XXXX-1 He said not to tell anyone.

Agent Deutch So, to the heart of the issue. Can I negotiate a truce between us?

SCP-XXXX-1 As long as you stay out of our way we are no enemies.

Agent Deutch Meaning?

SCP-XXXX-1 You are as safe as anyone who means no harm to the lands of the Czechs.

Closing Statement: There has been no change in SCP-XXXX activity after this interview.
SCP classification changed to Keter/Thaumiel.

After dismissing the "box in" option after reviewing the paths and footage of SCP-XXXX has taken in past cases of activation³ 2 tests have been taken to check the possibility of destroying SCP-XXXX-A thanks to its apparent importance to SCP-XXXX.

Test 1 - Date 27.7. 20██

Subject: SCP-XXXX-A (The Blanic mountain)
Procedure: The surrounding area has been cleared of civilians under the guise of construction
works. A D class was given a shovel and instructed to dig as far as he could. After reaching
rock bottom a drill was applied.
Results: Reached a depth of 10m.
Analysis: Rock beyond this point unbrechable with standard issue Foundation drill.

Test 2 - Date ██.█. 20██

Subject: SCP-XXXX-A
Procedure: The surrounding area has been cleared of civilians under the guise of construction
works. A D class with a laser drill was instructed to operate it for 10 minutes.
Results: Rock not breached.
Analysis: Rock beyond this point appears indestructible. Further SCP-XXXX-A testing
discontinued.

Since ██.█. 20██ 10 Scranton reality anchors have dissapeared from the security locker of Observation post XXXX-a, these have been supplied there at the request of agent Shingler citing the potential hazards surrounding the weapons of SCP-XXXX instances. Further supplies witheld and Mr. Schneider from resource management sent to investigate.

Schneider's report

After arriving at Observation post XXXX-a agent Shingler warmly welcomed me and offered to talk to me beside tea and strudel.

"So, you have come regarding my lost anchors."
"Yes, we cannot keep on loosing foundation resources like this."
"Well, since it has already been stabilized I don't see any reason not to tell you."
"What do you mean, did you take them?"
"Ah but that is a very long story."
"Explain yourself."
"Allright how do I start this. I suppose it would be best if you read this first."

Shingler hands me a paper that I added to my report.

"It's a part of a transcript of my/his lecture."
"My/his?"
"Just read it. It will show you the baseline."
"What is this mess supposed to mean?"
"It is one of the first things I/he handed me after the reality tear."
"But why, what, who?"
"Exactly my answer to him. I/He looked almost the same as me exept for his glasses and told me that I/he was me from another reality."
"You had an unreported transdimensional reality altering incident!"
"Yes"
"What could he possibly need of you that he would risk tearing the fabric of the universe, I hope not just to brag about his lecture?"
"To save all conciousness in the universe."
"Are you crazy?"
"I guarantee to you that I am absolutely sane and seroius."
"How could a lowly agent such as you save all the concoiusness in the universe."
"Well it was actually a different, well actually the same, me who saved it, I was just told how to maintain it."

"Well it has everything to do with Czechia."

"Yes, Czechia, you see Czechia itself is something of an anachronism, but a very important one, my dimension travelling friend has noticed something of a trend between conciousness and Czechia."
"Isn't it obvious that a state would need conciousness to create it?"
"Not the state of Czechia, the country itself, the landmass that is Czechia. Every single one where there was conciousness had Czechia in it. Sometimes like our, sometimes just an exactly similiar geographical formation on an inhabitibal planet in place of earth, sometimes just a specifically shaped asteroid, but it was enough for him to see a pattern emerge and find out why. "How does that make any sense."
"He says it has something to do with the eye from his lecture and that the equations theselves are too complex for me."
"And you believed him?"
"I am no madman, I believe I can still trust myself."
"Is that what the Blanic knights are for."
"See, you already start to see it, but the full picture is that after this realization I came to the me in what used to be this reality."

"Yes, I/he told me/him to create the Blanic knights using my/his technology."

"Aparently he got an idea from my/his obsession with history, he would use time travel and few historical figures to protect Czechia across space and time."
"That is all very unlikely but what is your part in all of this?"
"Well unfortunately for me/him the anachronism changed me/him into me and I/he had to come here and tell me to stabilize the anachronism."
"And that is the reason why the reality anchors kept dissapearing?"
"Or of course a very complex lie to mask my diabolical usage of foundation resources to increase property value. You are the one who decides that."

I propose that agent Shingler be immediately neutralized and psychologically evaluated.

Schinglers lecture on the quantumness of mind and predictions of future

……And therefore I have deducted that the only way for counciousness to exist is as a set of observed particles governed by the principle of superpositon. We are an eye watching the incredibly complex constantly fluctuating computing machine that is our brain setting parts of it concrete and deciding their location. With this of course is finally solved the problem of free will, like Schrodingers cat our mind is a massive combination of contradictory states and by solidifying these by selecting one the truest of randomnesses is achieved. But as every one in this room already knows, that would mean that with each second of counciousness a very large amount of parallel universes are created and that if one is skillful enough one can then take the "human factor" that has been so complicating our prediction equations can be solved for without problem…..

Evaluation

Agent Shingler has been missing since the inspection. Has been labeled as possibly mentally unstable.
Multiple reality anchors have been found in real estate surrounding the Observation post XXXX-a.
4 are still unaccounted for.
