Hi there, here's my current WIP. I tend to use OneNote to get my initial ideas down onto paper, so I may only make changes here after major updates to my OneNote version. Any CQC is welcome!

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-#### are to be stored in Warehouse ██, ██████ Business Park, ████████, United Kingdom, which is owned by a Foundation front company, called █████ Printing Ltd. This warehouse is to be guarded by at least two (2) and at most five (5) guards at any time, dressed in standard night guard attire of the Business park. To avoid raising suspicion by actively carrying firearms, all guards must only be equipped with standard LED torches and TASER brand stun guns. In case of an emergency where heavier ordnance may be required, at least three (3) firearms should be kept in an accessible but hidden locker on-site at all times. Guards are also responsible for the upkeep of the Warehouse, including checking for mold, rats, and other infestations that could damage instances of SCP-####.

Description: SCP-#### is the ID given to several hundred identical sheets of pink paper, each with the title "Marshal, Carter, and Dark Code of Conduct, version 6.001", and 74 bullet points listing the expected and forbidden behavior of the company's employees, auctioneers, salesmen, and transport staff. SCP-#### appears non-anomalous until it is read in its entirety.

Upon completion of reading from SCP-####, the reader will become motionless; their heart rate will drop to 40bpm, they will blink approximately once per ten seconds, and they will no longer move unless given one of several command phrases, eluded to within SCP-#### itself. They will not break this motionlessness even if they are attacked, dying of dehydration or starvation, excreting in any way¹, et cetera; the only actions that cause an affected individual to react is when one of several command phrases, listed in SCP-####, is spoken. These individuals are henceforth referred to as SCP-####-1.

If one of the command phrases is spoken in plain English and heard by an instance of SCP-####-1, the instance will perform an action related to that command phrase, described in the original SCP-#### list. All commands given must adhere to all other rules printed on SCP-####; for example, if an instance of SCP-####-1 was given the command phrase "Kill Mr. Marshall/Mr. Carter/Mr. Dark," or another statement that clearly eludes to one of or all three principal owners of Marshall, Carter, and Dark limited, then an anomalous explosion similar to a C4 charge, centered on that instance of SCP-####-1's head, will occur. This will often lead to the death of the giver of the command.

The anomalous effects of SCP-#### only manifest if an instance of the object is read from in its entirety. Partially reading from SCP-####, or reading a copy of the policy from any medium other than SCP-####, does not cause the aforementioned effects to manifest. The reason behind this is unclear.

The first instance of SCP-#### first came into Foundation custody after an anonymous package was delivered to Site-██ on ██/██/2008. The parcel had no return label or any signifying markings on the exterior. However, contained within was several layers of packaging, a single copy of SCP-####, and a note, formatted similarly to standard Marshall, Carter, and Dark letters, and signed by Miss. Cassandra Banks, supposedly the personal assistant to Mr. Marshall.

To Whomever It May Concern,

We here at Marshall, Carter, and Dark pride ourselves in the anomalous; for over 500 years, we have established and maintained an incredible array of artists, designers, researchers, and creators to privately produce and create masterpieces of human ingenuity. However, it appears that when the most simple of creations are required of us, we have a particular record of falling flat rather spectacularly.

Which, if you haven't yet been made aware of, is to what this correspondence and accompanying artifact have been delivered to you for. A grave error in judgment was made with one of our sources when we ordered the creation of the accompanying object, leading to several thousands of dangerous and highly unusable Policy sheets for our employees.

Mr Marshall, Mr Carter, and Mr Dark have made the executive decision to inform you about these anomalous artifacts, as they are too harmful to maintain in our care. Attached to this letter is the address of one Griffon Special Printing Ltd; our trust in this company was misplaced and has resulted in several unintended consequences that we no longer wish to tolerate.

We are confident that all copies of this artifact are to be found at the connected address.

The attached address lead to a business lot within ██████ Business Park. At 02:30 am in the morning after the parcel's delivery, MTF Mu-3a ("Paddle Swipers") performed a raid on the lot, encountering no resistance, and recovering approximately 30,000 instances of SCP-####. Current intel suggests that this amount of copies of SCP-#### would be unnecessary for usage within the Marshall, Carter, and Dark organization, although the significance of this is unknown.
