Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be held in a room with one guard at the entrance at all time. If any subject tries to make a copy of his face with SCP-xxxx, or start the copying mechanism for any other reason, the subject needs to under go mental screening for apathetic effects on all or some emotions or even psychopathic symptoms.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a printer, normally found in schools or offices. The printer seems to be nothing abnormal on inspection and shows relatively good maintenance of the device. The device works just like a normal printer with no side effects when it is used as intended.
Its effects only occur when a person tries to make a copy of his head. To clarify, when a subject places his head on the scanner of the machine and clicks the button "copy". The machine will start to make a sound that is a mixture between a male angrily screaming and the giggles of several children. This will repeat for around 1 minute. After, a copy of the subjects head will be printed on a sheet of paper if this is available in the printer.
It appears that after this has occurred the subject looses the ability to feel the emotion it expressed on his face while it was scanned. For now no way has been found to make someone feel these emotions again. As an example, if someone is smiling while scanning their head. The subject will never be able to express or feel the emotion of being happy again. If the subject expresses more than one emotion, all these emotions will be lost. It also appears that it is really hard to fake these emotions, even when tried very hard by the subject.
The object was discovered when rumors circulated that the director of a small school in [REDACTED] taught children never to cry or smile again. When somebody working for the foundation found out that a lot of female students from that school started to have symptoms of psychopathy. An investigation was ordered and found the object.
Following are a few experiments that where run. Only a few, that showed abnormal results, are written down in this document.

Dr L███ J█████: Hello, mister Jean Peterson I'm glad we could meet. I have some questions for you if you don't mind?
Jean Peterson: Go ahead doctor.
Dr L███ J█████: We have heard a few rumors about you. Do you know about them?
Jean Peterson: Of course I know about them. The rumors are true! Almost all of them. Except for the rumor that I'm deaf in one ear. I just don't really like irritant children, which is why I pretend to be deaf.
Dr L███ J█████: Can you elaborate about the rumors that are true?
Jean Peterson: We're talking about the printer right?
Dr L███ J█████: Yes.
Jean Peterson: Well, it's uhhmm … it's from my mom. She tried to make us behave better by threatening us with the goddamn thing. She told us that if we cried to much, she would print it out of us. We just always ran away before she got the change "print it out of us".
Jean Peterson stops for a second and smiles.Jean Peterson: After her death, I saved it and used it to scare those students of me. It made them calm and alert. That is the best way for a student to behave I thought. That's why I did it.
Dr L███ J█████: Do you know why people lose there emotions when used on them?
Jean Peterson: Used on them? How do you use a printer on someone? I mean my mother said she would, but she never got the change to show me what she meant.
Jean Peterson starts to laughs slightly at Doctor L███ J█████.Jean Peterson: Or did I misunderstand your question?
Dr L███ J█████: No, I think you did. I also think where done here, have a nice day.
[End Log]Closing Statement: It seems that mister Jean Peterson doesn't have any knowledge of the abnormal effects of SCP-xxxx. How so many children got symptoms of psychopathy in this area is unknown. And even, if it had anything to do with SCP-xxxx.
