SCP- Code name: the mental ice cube
SCP- is an ice cube made of what appears to be purple water, and has an aura around it reaching about 10 meters where if anything that enters its aura (animals excluded) gets a random mental disability or condition, ranging from severe to mild.
If anything wear to leave it’s aura the effects of said mental condition would last up to two hours depending on the length of exposure. It is unknown weather or not if any additional substance is added to the ice cube to keep it cold or make it purple.
Any physical contact with SCP- will effectively restart the brain of anything that touches it including animals effectively wiping their memory’s, with the only thing they can remember being their name.
Due to inability to test on its parameters it’s also difficult to describe weather it’s cold or not, but thermal cameras describe that it is indeed cold around -12c to -8c.
Any prolonged testing on SCP- for longer than 24 hours will degrade the brain severely and permanently of any person inside it’s aura. Recommended exposure time 3 hours, that’s 9 hours with the disorders it gives outside it’s aura.
