Special Containment Procedures: SCP-D3742 is to be kept in station facilities unless accompanied by no less than two armed guards at any time. This is the agreed-upon situation from SCP-D3742 and according to such agreement, shall be enforced during the hours of 6 AM and 10 PM. The hours of 6 AM and 10 PM are relative to the last site that SCP–D3742 has visited. Outside of these hours, he is to be kept in a humanoid containment cell that is to be left empty at each available site, under constant surveillance.
During this time SCP-D3742 can roam around any facility in that it wishes with Level 2 clearance. during this time it is not to go anywhere that has Level 3 or higher, a location device is to be worn on its person at all times, to monitor this.
Description: SCP–D3742 is a Caucasian male roughly 1.8 m tall weighing about 68 kg. SCP-D3742 keeps talking about “something it’s looking for” though will not tell anyone what it is under fear of some force blocking it. The anomalous properties, however, doesn't occur unless he ”chooses” to reveal it.
SCP-D3742 appears to have the anomalous property of being able to control the oxygen gas around him along with any other gases that may be in the surrounding air. Tests have been conducted on if this is true for any gas however it seems to only be able to control basic oxygen. This can extend from basic manipulation to researchers observing one of his hand vanishings and appearing in the air 10 feet away, he was still able to move and feel with this hand that as if it was still attached to his arm.
This detaching of parts can affect any or the whole of his entire body. He has been observed disappearing in one sight and reappearing in a completely different location, this has been timed and so far it's maximum speed has been clocked in at 402 km/h. It is for this reason a containment cell is to be kept in any and all site locations.
SCP-D3742 also claims to have the ability of making an object vanish and moving it inside of the air he is in. This also has been tested and documented as so. He has also been shown to produce objects from seemingly nowhere, classified as SCP-D3742-1. So far the only inhibitor for his abilities it's a vacuum chamber or an airtight seal.
Another of its anomalous properties can occur in what SCP-D3742 can tell the foundation. It appears that aside from an airtight room, so long as an object is under direct contact of natural air it is able to, in its own words, “look through the air to see what's going on with the object.” This has also been tested to be positive though even with his sight he still has not been able to describe any of the anomalous properties of SCP's such as SCP-914. Researchers hope to keep it so that it can help them understand other SCP, however with its true motives unknown it is only allowed to interact with safe class SCP, and Euclid class so long as there are two armed guards at his side during the interaction.

SCP-D3742: I remember walking ██████████ once and your men came out and tried to shoot me, don't tell me you would be peachy after that.
Dr. █████: Is that why you atta-SCP-D3742: I didn't attack, alright?! Your men came out and pointed an entire armory at me, I just tried to save hide from the battle, I didn't kill anyone didn't I?
Dr. █████: No, but it begs the question why?
SCP-D3742: Please, if I did that then I wouldn't be any better than what I'm looking for, why keep me here anyways? your men are safe why not just let me go?
Dr. █████: You know I can’t, you could be a threat to everyone in the world.
*Silence fills the room as SCP-D3742 appears to be contemplating*
