Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5092 is to be kept in a metal enclosure, away from any stress causing SCP in Site-███. If stress is caused to SCP-5092 the enclosure is to be put into immediate lockdown.

Description: SCP-5092 was found in an abandoned and burned down house in ██████ ████████, SCP-5092 was heard making in-human, somewhat demonic screams mixed with wails heard from a mile away, MTF approached them, SCP-5092 said "Get Away, you're the bad men coming to take me aren't you!" speaking in perfect English. SCP-5092 has been found to use a form of telekinesis when stressed, scared, or in danger. Most say they look like a humanoid covered in a black liquid with the consistency of ink, with a TV monitor for a head. But SCP-5092 denied this, stating "I have the same head as everyone here"

Addendum: We had tried to take a photo of them, although all attempts failed and instead gave an image that always said "SORRY"
