Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9204 is generally compliant with foundation requests, and has been granted foundation membership as MTF-Alpha-9. He can roam Site-19-B, Site-19-A, or Site-19, as long as he doesnt exit the buildings.
Description: SCP-9204 is a 6'5 Caucasian male that can talk to, and translate, SCPs of any kind. He appears to have a pre-existing knowledge of all SCPs in existence. Contained, or not.

SCP-9204 was originally found by the foundation by Researcher Addams after they had a conversation and SCP-9204 talked about SCP-001 (the real one) by accident while drunk. Researcher Addams quickly apprehended SCP-9204, and reported into Site-19-B with him. Researcher Addams was treated with Class-A amnestics. SCP-9204 was interviewed, then released after no proven anomalous effects at first. He was released with Class-E amnestics, and SCP-9204 returned to his town. The same thing happened 2 years later, and this time SCP-9204 was given Class-D treatment. He was asked questions about several SCPs, and he said their files word for word.
