Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3749 is to be kept in a small containment cell made of 2 foot thick steel, there are to be no windows in this cell. SCP-3749 is allowed to have up to 2 personal items at a time, it is allowed to make new requests at the beginning of each month. Any requests for musical instruments, especially guitars are to be refused no matter what. SCP-3749 is allowed one small meal a day that is delivered by D-Class personnel through a small slot under the door to his cell.
Description: SCP-3749 is a humanoid that appears to be a normal human teenager, it is around 5 foot 7, and appears to be of European/Asian descent. SCP-3749 goes by the name “Lucian.” “Lucian” is believed by many to be the antichrist or the human manifestation of satan. Any personnel that has converesed with SCP-3749 for more than 5 minutes will go into a state of rage and will try everything in their power to destroy it. “Lucian” was found living in the small coastal town of [REDACTED] in California, United States. SCP-3749 was found by the foundation after inhabitants of the town reported feeling a demonic presence whenever they were near SCP-3749. SCP-3749 is known to emit a horrible stench that smells similar to rotting flesh and garbage.

<SCP-3749 was able to escape containment on [REDACTED] and was able to obtain a guitar. After it began playing the instrument, the sound was described as ear-splitting, multiple personnel committed suicide in order to stop hearing the music.
