Special Containment Procedures: In case of successful containment of SCP-4686, these actions should be taken: Lock/trap it inside a 4m x 4m box made out of the material [SPECIAL CLEARANCE ONLY], install a music player inside the box, make sure that all the songs are backwards. SCP-4686 is currently uncontained.

In the event of a worldwide attack/needed emergency containment.
There are 7 emergency protocols that must be followed:

  1. Dr.[REDACTED] would be the first one notified of the attack.
  2. The the general public would be notified.
  3. Civilians would be armed with T.K.W, toy killing weapons made by Dr.[REDACTED]
  4. MTF Mu-13 would be released to track down & contain highly dangerous SCP toys SCP-115 & SCP-137.
  5. All toy manufacturing factories & companies would be shut down by day 4 of a worldwide emergency regarding SCP-4686.
  6. 75kg of [SPECIAL CLEARANCE ONLY] would be mined up and used to construct a 4m x 4m box with a backwards music player inside.
  7. Every toy on earth would be destroyed until there is only one left, then that last toy would be contained. Only then would SCP-4686 be completely contained.

Description: SCP-4686 is a keter class SCP that demonstrates extreme kinaesthetic and psychiatric control over objects for juvenile children. This spirit shows extreme aggression to humans that have one or multiple traits listed in the chart at the bottom of the page. This SCP does not have a physical from and is currently uncontained.

Addenda: There are rumours that the 05 council is planning to contain, study and use the SCP for the greater of the SCP Foundation in 2020, by using it to contain/distract certain SCPS that show an interest in moving toys, this would technically class it as keter/thaumiel. An information leak from 2015 proved that Dr[REDACTED] was the original person to propose a plan/method that can contain SCP-4686 to the 05 council, the exact information he proposed is classified.

The origins of SCP-4686 are unknown, but multiple theories have been published by Dr[REDACTED]. It is speculated that SCP-4686 was discovered by a Nazi scientist/doctor during WW2, when he worked beside Josef Mengele "The angel of death" in a task force created by Hermann Goering himself to explore supernatural anomalies, this included a rubber duck that could move and seemed to have a mind of it's own, it later fell into the hands of a young girl in a containment camp (Sarah Goodwill). She was later executed for trying to escape the camp. The soul of the girl and the mysterious rubber duck fused, resulting in SCP-4686.

Most crucial encounters

Jackson Killer: In 2007, a security guard at site 19 reported that his son (Jackson Killer) had come into contact with SCP-4686. The Foundation later sent MTF Mu-13 to the security guard's living residence, but their mission was unsuccessful because Jackson Killer had escaped the residence with the toy/toys possessed by SCP-4686. He is now officially on the run and around 21 years of age today. The security guard later became a Doctor in SCP anomalies, Dr[REDACTED], Dr. Seth Killer. Regarding Jackson Killer: He is now a known security threat to the 05 council and Foundation altogether, it is rumoured that he has recruited a squad of other outlaws to the SCP foundation, while we are not completely certain who these people are, there are some pretty good theories out there.

Susie Wilford: In 2009, March 9th, a family of 4 entered a local Ikea. David Wilford, the father. Susie Wilford, the daughter. Sam Wilford, the son and Rose Wilford, the mother. The Wilford family entered the Ikea with the intent of buying new chairs, but all except Sam Wilford survived the 6-day entrapment, this Ikea was in fact SCP-3008. We will not be going into this story in to much detail, this is the entire event condensed: Sam Wilford was a close friend of Jackson Killer. After the events of 2007, SCP-4868 escaped to Sam Wilford's house and the child started building up a strong relationship with the anomaly. The family & SCP-4868 then got stuck inside SCP-3008. After the Foundation traced SCP-4868 to the location, they sent in [DATA REDACTED] into the location, retrieved Sam Wilford and SCP-4686, but Sam escaped before they could get back to the containment site. And as for SCP-4686, it was released because it was a keter class SCP that was very violent towards personnel and the Foundation had no way to contain it.

Sarah Goodwill: Around the middle of WW2, year unknown, a young girl in auschwitz-birkenau came into contact with a rubber duck that could move (AKA SCP-4686). She later attempted to escape the camp with this elaborate plan: [SPECIAL CLEARANCE ONLY]. But after she had escaped the camp, she was spotted by German soldiers, taken back to the camp and executed. The rubber duck with all of her belongings were burned, thus resulting in a vengeful toy possessing demon.

Attacks: SCP-4686 will attack you will extreme force as the toy that it is possessing at the time. It can also hypnotise you if it feels threatened, but you can also hypnotise it back, try playing any song backwards and it will "go to sleep". SCP-4686 will only attack you based of these factors:
