Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a standard humanoid containment cell, with the addition of a shelf of books and a a message box for both ingoing and outgoing messages from Mobile Task Force. Series 7 Controlled Electromagnetic Pulses are to be placed on the corners of the containment cell that are to examined twice every 3 months. The container is to be checked as well, but only bi-annually. The interior of the containment cell is to be lined with conductive metals. SCP-XXXX itself is to provided with weapon schematics to manufacture. When in its containment cell, the entity is shown to examine each of the walls. On rare occasions, SCP-XXXX is to assist Mobile Task Force operatives but that is only to happen on high level requests.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 2 meter tall, Caucasian male, having multiple anomalous technological enhancements, going all the way down to replacing key organs like the heart and a majority of the left brain, to simple prosthetics like its left eye which is contained in Site-19. The humanoid and the mechanical portions of SCP-XXXX seem to be 2 separate entities, the human portion being classified as SCP-XXXX and the mechanical being classified as SCP-XXXX-1 although it does not seem able to openly communicate to anyone but SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX turned itself into the foundation back in the 1900's. Interviews with SCP-XXXX have shown that it has existed for the past century or so, but kept itself hidden from places like the Foundation and other groups that deal with anomalies. It seems to keep to itself most of its time in containment, but sometimes speaks to what is suspected to be SCP-XXXX-1. All weapons and other offence features have been temporarily removed for examination and are only to be reinstalled for combat tests. When inquired about knowledge about SCP-191, it responded with a short refusal.

Interviewer: Doctor Lanson
Foreword: Transcript was recorded 4 months after initial containment, the entity refusing to speak to any personnel for the first 7 interview attempts.
<Begin Log, 7/9/82>
Interviewer: "So, XXXX, why did you decide that now would be the best time to accept our interview?"
Person: "I needed some adjustment time to…how this building treats things like me. I have fully adjusted, though. Any questions you want answered that I will answer them accordingly
Interviewer: "Alright, thank you for the cooperation. The first question is if you have any weapons in your mechanical body"
Person: "Yes, I do. I have a few weapons installed in a few parts of my body. Just in case they turned back on, I have written most of the locations on my body down and found the codes that deactivate a few of them." SCP-XXXX pulled out a compact notebook before handing it to the researcher.
Interviewer: The researcher looked through the notebook before handing it to the guard. "Onto the next question, why did you turn yourself into the foundation and not a place like the Serpent's Hand?"
Person: "Well, I've never wanted to be known of by humanity after I became whatever I am now."
Interviewer: "Alright. Next question. Who made these alterations to your body?"
Person: "It was a friend I made back in college. His name was, [REDACTED]1 or something. He gave me a piece of metal and a card. He said something and we went to do some other things. I honestly don't know what I did with that piece of metal. A few months later, when I was cleaning windows on a hotel, the supports snapped and I should have died. When I woke up I was this."
Interviewer: The researcher waited for a moment before continuing "How much metal was there?"
Person: "There was a lot less. Each time I got hurt, more metal grew."
Lanson "Thank you for your compliance. That will be all."
<End Log>Closing Statement: After the transcript ended, the notebook that SCP-XXXX had written in was double checked and was found to be correct. 5 researchers removed all weaponry from the subject's body and was put back into its containment room
Addendum XXXX.2 All weapons found in SCP-XXXX's person has been found to be a mix of anomalous and military weapons, some even copies of anomalous weapons found in Foundation custody.
Addendum XXXX.3 01/05/12 Incident. After a test on an anomalous syringe was found in excessive amount under SCP-XXXX-1's arm plate. After removal, researchers brought in D-168925 and put them on an operating table. After injection, the D-Class began complain about being cold even though the room was well above 70 degrees. 10 minutes of D-168925's complaining ended when suddenly the D-Class began to [DATA EXPUNGED] and go on a rampage through the facility but was quickly put down by Foundation personnel. All testing of anomalous features on SCP-XXXX-1's person is to be heavily examined before being considered for live specimens.
