metal box when not in use. SCP-XXXX can be tested by any personnel
with at least level 1 security clearance.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a straw sun hat with a white band that goes around the hat. Which changes size to fit whomever is holding it at the time.
When an individual puts SCP-XXXX on they gain a skill that they do not possess from the person who wore it last.
The individual will always know which skill that was gained, it is not clear how the individual learns this information.
The gained skill will immediately be lost once the individual removes SCP-XXXX However, if no other individual puts on SCP-XXXX putting SCP-XXXX back on will give the individual back the same skill.
The way SCP-XXXX determines which skill to pass on is currently unknown, but it seems to prefer to pass on musical skills.
