Description: scp 5689 is an event that happens when an individual has one or multiple failing organ and has no available donors. They will receive on their doorsteps what seems to be a human body on top of a styrofoam plate and both wrapped in a saran wrap, ressembling a piece of meat you would typically get in a supermarket. Upon further inspection, all of the cells of the body look very similar to cells found in many fruits and vegetable, especially similar to banana. The body doesn't seem to possess any visible pores or hair follicle and is covered with an unknown oily substance, that seems to be able to preserve to body for multiple months without decaying. On top of the humanoid body, described as scp 5689-1 is a single piece of paper simply reading "gift." Poorly written on it with a sticker star of undescribable color, all attempts at describing the color simply changes the explaining individual to experience severe memory lost and confusion concerning the color of the sticker.

Scp 5689-1's body will contain the one or multiple failing organs, still made of the same cells that makes the body's exterior along with unknown grey matter known as scp 5689-2
If the person to which the organs were meant for comes in physical contact with the organs, known as scp 5689-3, they will start to be absorbed by the patient's body, resulting in immense but brief sensation of pain. The organ will then proceed to replace the patient's organ and start to function normally, only difference being that the new organ will function from 1.5 to 2 times better than the old organ when it was at its peak depending on which organ is being replaced.
